I still haven’t received my product

Shehds customer support is very attentive and takes of issues promptly. I’ve ordered from them a few times and have been satisfied with the products and the process.
Our lighting almost all Shehds. Floods and movers. Great products for a great price.

Good value and great customer support!

Purchased two movers and they exceed expectations. Had one with shipping damage and Customer Support arranged replacement of broken part, communicating effectively throughout. Would buy again.

While we have not yet actually received product from the vendor, we have had extensive communications with them and their support and follow-through has been great. We are currently completing a preliminary order and if all goes as expected will be using then exclusively for our fixture supplier on a 50+ moving light package for the main stage at a large church...more to follow.

I have ordered 8 pieces RGB strobes. They are exactly as described, Perfect for indoor lightning and Totally ok for small stage events (would say up to 2-300 ppl). Managed to code it in QLC without any problems. 1 piece came broken, and support did help me instantly to replace the broken item, so i can have the full set of lights for the next show.

I have Several of the SHEHDS par wash lights in different configurations. I also have the 150w beam mover lights. All of those have operated flawlessly. They are well built, especially the waterproof ones. Programming in any mode is remarkably easy. These are not a knockoff light.

Absolutely love their products, just got a new 12W laser and had an incredibly positive experience so far. I absolutely love it, it has great improvements compared to the previous version, with better scanning speeds, better colours and a lot quieter.
Highly recommend this fixture and also SHEHDS!
