Order confirmed… then everything went downhill
I placed an order with high expectations, but the experience quickly turned frustrating. The order was confirmed right away, but after that there was almost no transparency. Tracking updates were either delayed or unclear, and it felt like I was left guessing what was happening.
After waiting much longer than expected, I either received the wrong item or saw the order status change without proper explanation. Trying to reach customer support didn’t help either — emails went unanswered and there was no reliable way to get real assistance.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. If something goes wrong, you expect a company to step up and resolve it, but that didn’t happen here.
Overall, this felt like a very unreliable shopping experience, and I wouldn’t trust them with another order.

SHELHEALTH IS A BAD EXPERIENCE
I have order,the samething for 3 years and no problem.This time May 6, 2025. The product still hasn't been ( May 13 ) processed. I paid for UPS Shipping. I tried calling ( They never answer phone). Emailed 5 times about the product final got email back. They just made label and shipping it USPS, I WILL NEVER GET PKG.NEVER, NEVER, WILL I GET ANYTHING FROM THEM. $31.27 FLUSHED DOWN TOILET..SHELHEATH IS A TOILET.
Untrustworthy 3rd party Reseller
This company is a 3rd party reseller, taking orders on items and doesn't verify stock availabilty. After I placed an order it took 2 weeks for the order to be cancelled and Shelhealth never responded to any messages or emails.

Not sure why I’m even leaving a review! I’ve sent several emails and got not one single response about this order. I ordered it priority and the day I ordered y’all sent me an email saying that you already had my order together. Y’all sent me another one that said order was fulfilled then another one that said order was packaged and ready to ship waiting for pickup and then 13 days after I ordered which is definitely not priority, that one said order cancelled because there was not enough product to fill the order. You tell me that these series of emails make any sense?? Very unhappy customer!! Won’t recommend or ever do business again with this company! I only I could leave 0 stars!!!

Worst place to buy online. I bought some rubychocolate to get it before Feb 14. They send me a notification that they just have it ready to ship and they are just waiting to leave it postal office. After two week they never sent me a shipping number and then they only canceled because they dont have it.

I received a totally melted product and the seller should have known to pack it in dry ice, given the hot weather in both Florida and California. Then they weren't willing to refund my money until I complained to PayPal.

Item arrived completely melted despite the website saying that "Certain types of orders, including orders with frozen and refrigerated products, only ship from Monday till Wednesday." There was no insulation or padding around the product and it was shoved into a too small box. Shipping was incredibly slow - it took more than 2 weeks to receive the order and that was due to the supplier, not USPS. I do not recommend ordering from ShelHealth.
Avoid
Impossible to get ahold of customer service, they don’t answer emails, dm’s messages, anything and they use an outside company to ship! I asked them to cancel my order, it’s been over two weeks and they won’t follow up with me.
20 oz bags of Jackfruit!
Such a difficult product to source is 20 oz per bag. Usually sold in paltry ounce or two ounce bags. Pathetic. Great price for 20 oz bag. Fast shipping. Honest. Never a single issue. I am very pleased.

I do not recommend ShelHealth unless you know for certain that they have the product you want in the version you want it. I ordered a based on the picture and description on their website. They sent a different version of this product, which is not the same quality. I sent multiple emails with the pictures and request for a return/refund, but no response for over 2 weeks. However, they keep sending promotional emails from their customerservice email and even asked for my review -- here it is. I will never use this platform and do not recommend it.
