After sales service is excellent with issues dealt with by competent people in a timely manner, i.e. they jump on it straight away!
Very reassuring with such a large investment that you have a team of experts right behind you.

I'm not sure if Shenton have their own engineers or are they a management company, I've never had a maintenance contract where so many sub contractors are used. Refuelling, fuel polishing, faults, call outs, remedial works all by sub contractors, I may as well go direct and save.

No service was done only an inspection, I was lead to believe the money I gave you up front was for a service, £1800 is very expensive for a inspection

charged to come out, didn't fix the problem and sent another quote to revisit.
