For what they charge you would expect more, unfortunately the accommodation was less than. The host will be nice to you for a high review but then turn around and leave negative comments on your profile because they have to clean their own linens. When the washer dryer didn’t work it took a day for service and they seemed annoyed and very unprofessional
Keep looking you will find better elsewhere

Very clear and concise instructions to enter apartment.
The apartment was spotless, had all the facilities required to have a comfortable and pleasurable stay.
Location is fantastic, plenty of restaurants locally and the St Pancras station just a couple of minutes walk away.

Sherlock Homes' customer service from the onset was exceptional- really friendly, were available around my own working hours and easily found us an excellent apartment for our London staycation.
The apartment was clean, looked just like the photos advertised and in a very convenient location. They were always available for any queries we had during our stay.

The apartment was wonderful. We loved the balcony! It was great to sit out there in the morning with a coffee looking out at the dogs in the park across the way. G was incredibly accommodating and gave us plenty of suggestions of places to go both locally and within London itself.
It was about 5 minute walk through the park to the station which was great for getting into central London. Thank you for a great stay!

Great contact with host hue was nice to now if we needed anything he was there. Nice apartment no complaints at all would use again.

Hue is a fabulous host. One of the most responsive hosts of the many various places I've stayed. the location is super duper. so convenient to all train and tube lines and buses. And to the fabulous restaurant and walking development behind Kings Cross Station. The apt is a perfect size for one person or a couple. The shower is excellent and the washing machine is ever so handy for guests who might be staying a bit longer than a couple nights. Its beautifully decorated and well lit, and has great storage for those who don't want to live out of a suitcase. Will always stay there when they have availability (tricky because it's so popular one needs to book ahead). thanks again Hue and team!

I had a great stay! The apartment was really great! Beautiful apartment, very clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet! With everything you need already inside. It Is in a very good position, very close to Kings cross station and to supermarkets and several very good restaurants! Strongly suggested!
