They are greedy platform with no sympathy with the patients, they only care about money

للأسف، التطبيق ده كل اللي يهمه هو تحقيق أرباح أكتر حتى لو على حساب العميل، لدرجة إنك ممكن تدفع فلوس ومتخدش الخدمة اللي دفعت مقابلها. والأسعار كمان أغلى بكتير من العيادات التقليدية.

أنا حجزت جلسة نص ساعة مع دكتورة بـ800 جنيه، لكن بسبب خطأ فني في التطبيق، المكالمة مفتحتش. خدمة العملاء بعتولي لينك بديل على Google Call، ودخلت في المعاد المحدد، لكن المعالجة لمدة نص ساعة مدخلتش، ومكانتش بترد على خدمة العملاء اللي قالولي إنهم بيحاولوا يتواصلوا معاها بدون أي استجابة.

بعد كل ده، فجأة المعالجة ظهرت لمدة ثانية واحدة من أوضة مظلمة وشكلها كان كأنها نايمة على سريرها! عدم احترافية وضياع وقت بالكامل.

لما طلبت استرداد الفلوس، خدمة العملاء رفضت تمامًا، لا رجعولي الفلوس، ولا حتى حولوها لحجز مع معالج تاني. كان الحل الوحيد إن لازم أكلم نفس المعالجة اللي اصلا مجتش!

بصراحة، أنا قدمت شكوى في جهاز حماية المستهلك، واعتبرت فلوسي راحت على الأرض أو اتسرقت. التطبيق ده مثال واضح على إزاي بعض المستثمرين بيشغلوا منصات بالشكل ده بهدف تعظيم الأرباح على حساب راحة العميل وجودة الخدمة.

Unfortunately, this app only cares about maximizing profits, even if it means charging customers without providing the service they paid for.

The prices are also ridiculously high compared to regular clinics. I booked a 30-minute session with a therapist for 800 EGP, but due to a technical error in the app, the call never connected. Customer service sent me an alternative Google Call link, and I joined the session on time, but the therapist never showed up for the entire 30 minutes and wasn’t even responding to customer support, who told me they were trying to reach her with no success.

To my surprise, after the session time was over, the therapist suddenly appeared for one second from a dark room, looking like she was lying in bed, and then immediately left. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time!

When I contacted customer support to request a refund or at least use the balance for another therapist, they refused and insisted that my only option was to reschedule with the same therapist—who never even attended the first session!

I have now filed a complaint with Consumer Protection, and I consider my money completely lost or stolen. This is a clear example of an app that prioritizes profit over customer service.

I will share my experience everywhere so others can be warned.

The support team was helpful, Also the Dr. was sympathetic and a very good listener.

All the experience was seamless and great!

All of my experiences on this platform have been bad
sadly the mental health professionals are great, but the platform is awful
the support staff are not well trained are not emotionally aware which is ironic for a platform that offers mental health services
They Platform contacted me on my foreign number and gave me a free 30 minutes session discount code, which I used to book a session, I was traveling during the time I booked the session while in Egypt so When I went back home to attend the session I was locked out of the session because even though it was supposed to be free
the support was not helpful and I got a panic attack because I was late for the session waiting for a resolution
the resolution was that I had to pay full price in forgein currency and the discount code was not usable
and they didn't even refund me or compensate me for the lost time from the session where they locked me out until I paid for my supposedly free session

I'm writing this review because Mental health services should be empathetic
You are offering a service that requires human understanding and sensitivity

Website and application are very poor even when I have a good connection it still disconnecting and they refuse to create a external link to use for the session most of the time i am losing around 15 to 30 minutes trying just to connect and call to the doctor really very bad but unfortunately I don't have another option till now once I find i will never use it anymore

Unexpected experience, I had various therapy session with on the therapist, he was extremely professional and it was literally beyond my expectations,
Also their customer support always respond on time. 100% recommended.

not recommend at all , i bought a bundle of sessiosn but then was told after that its only valid for a month and i usually take 1 session a week but they force you to more and more sessions otherwise you lose all your money and i was travelling out of egypt during fw sessions and they asked me to pay addiitnally in USD! otherwise i lose those sessions ..NON OF THE ABOVE WAS MENTIONED IN ADVANCE THEY JUST TELL YOU AFTER YOU PAY ..this is nothing compared to their customer service which is the worst ever..you can only chat with them and eveyrtime you come back for follow up to speak a new person and you have to explain from scratch and also nothing really changes anyway i wasted so much time with customer service for nothing

Amazing Service

I have been using shezlong since 2017. They have their ups and downs, but the people working there really care about your journey and do their best to give you the best experience. They have a wide therapist variety and I had to try a couple of therapists till I found the one I matched with.
