ShieldCrest Publishing Reviews

Finding the right publisher for my book has always made me anxious. However, my experience with ShieldCrest has been nothing short of amazing! This was my first time publishing a book, and the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final stages, they were incredibly supportive, professional, and attentive to every detail. The fact that I am on the other side of the world didn’t even matter, which was one of my biggest fears. I live in the Emirates, and they made the process doable even from a distance. I felt valued and guided every step of the way, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend ShieldCrest to anyone looking to publish their work, especially first-time authors like myself. Hats off to Shieldcrest!!

A special thanks to Leigh Stephenson for being so patient with me! I like my things the way I like them, and it’s rare to work with someone so understanding, accommodating, and flexible with every request, no matter how big or small. I can’t wait to work with him again on my next projects!!

The service was quite good

Everything was fine apart from the delay caused by having to reprint owing to a printing error in a batch of the book.

Throughout the process my hand was held and guided through uncharted territories. Always there to answer queries and assist with development. Even after the final printing. The Artist who designed the cover of my book, produced a perfect portrayal of fleeting thoughts I had.
I have to admit there were some discrepancies along the way, but between us we got there in the end!

There was an issue with online payment so I rang the office. I cannot fault how my purchase was dealt with. And it was sent out to me right away as promised. Very happy the online payment failed, in a way.

I would highly recommend Shieldcrest to anyone who wants to publish a book. This was my first book and they helped me throughout the process step by step with patience. I had so many questions and they guided me throughout. They are professional and always on hand at the end of the phone. If you are looking to publish this is the company you need.

As a debut writer, ShieldCrest was like a beacon of hope for me, and I truly believe they made my dream come true. Without their support, who knows how long it would have taken for my book to hit the bookshelves? I am especially grateful to Leigh Stephenson for her patience and proactive nature in addressing all my questions—it was truly something special. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at ShieldCrest who worked behind the scenes to bring my book to a presentable state. A special thank you to editor Colleen Figg for her exceptional review. Keep up the great work, ShieldCrest. I'm confident you will help many writers like me achieve their dreams.

The service was extremely friendly. Always willing to find solutions to queries. Overall I really enjoyed working with them and can't wait for future project.

Very good indeed

ShieldCrest have been very helpful from the beginning, to the publication of my first book. They were friendly and always willing to assist me.

Very good service no issues & arrived on time.

I knew the title of the book I was looking for, which helped, though I was fascinated by the range of books published, and almost got led astray. Payment was a bit more challenging - I'm an octogenarian - but I got there in the end, and appreciated all the emails reassuring me! Also packaging and delivery was good - much appreciated.

As a novice author, I was very grateful to ShieldCrest for all their help and guidance. Steve and Chris responded in a timely fashion to all my emails and never seemed to tire from all my questions. They worked with me to satisfy all of my requirements for the cover and formatting. I was delighted with the publication of my first book, which I considered to be a quality production. I would certainly recommend this publisher to anyone wishing to have their book presented to the market.
