This is a "ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a magnetic rock game on December 2, 2025 expecting to have it for Christmas '25 and it was not delivered until February 2, 2026! I had to constantly keep checking the shipping status. After ordering the game, I was very suprised when I received tracking and saw that the game shipped from Dublin, Ireland and I didn't receive that tracking until December 12, 2025 which was 10 days after I placed my order. They recently kept telling me the tracking showed that the game was delivered after I repeatedly told them it had not be delivered. They told me to contact the Post Office which more time wasted on my end. IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A "0" I WOULD!! ONCE AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I accidentally bought a product. I immediately asked to cancel the order. Received a response days later saying it already shipped ( how convenient. I paid almost $ 50 and they wanted ty refund my $8 , that's an insult.

I ordered the Doll 10 makeup, and even though I eventually got a package, it wasn’t Doll 10, but some other brand in a color they don’t even show on their website. They have responded to my emails, but won’t replace or refund my order, stating they sent me the right thing.they have not sent me their proof that it was correct, only how much it was, not the color. Will now try getting it refunded from my cc. Oh, forgot, they showed it was a total of $40.96, but I was charges $53.25.
Stay away from this place.

Not a scam just took along time to get. It was for Christmas but came after Christmas. Disappointed on the brush, when cleaning with one end the brush spins around to the different brush. will need to have a lock or something. Very annoying. 3 in 1 Multifunctional Cleaning Brush

Scammers!!! Won’t reply to any emails, I did a charge back with my bank and they had the cheek to dispute it! I’ve got 2 babies I can’t afford to get scammed! Snapchat are to blame!

still haven’t received my order but I know I placed because it’s on my bank statement I made a dispute through the bank and shimplicity have declined what else can I do? I ordered 2.

I like everyone else on here was duped into buying a lovely makeup bok for my daughter in September to never receive it.
Website no longer exists and no response to emails.
Shame in this day and age that these people can't be stopped.
Hope they feel proud taking people's hard earned cash!

Unfortunately I didn’t receive mine either, see it on Snapchat September and thought my little girl would love it, obviously a scam, hope your happy taking peoples hard earned cash, not that it would bother you as you obviously don’t have a conscience, well done you fooled me!

I’m still waiting for my order ever since September 25th and I really would have loved to get my order but sadly I think this was a scam and I do not recommend For you to buy it as it has scammed me please don’t buy from this I wish there was a 0 star option because of how bad this website is

Same issue like everyone else haven’t received my order since August.
Reporting it tomorrow morning to my bank.

Still awaiting on my product from 13th September, definitely been scammed. Opened a case up with my bank for a refund. Haven’t responded to my emails

Ordered the fairy makeup box advertised on Snapchat 5 weeks ago with express shipping and a tracking number was allocated but was never sent and never received.

I ordered the Fairy Makeup Collection on September 24th, 2024 and its now October 25th with no sign of it. Tracking has stayed at "Courier has received shipping information" and was to be shipped but has not actually shipped. The website has also disappeared. Ive gotten no reply to my email inquiring about the status. Now i have to prob be to my bank that set It's a scam in order to get my $39.99 reversed. Is they pop up somewhere else be careful!2

Scam I hadn't received products and cost me 60 nzd can't view some anymore they wont even email me back

THIS IS A SCAM! DONT KNOW WHY IT WAS ON A SNAPCHAT ADD, I'm trying to get hold of Snapchat as why the hell are you promoting scams for? I purchased this fairy makeup type box with 40 + items inside and it cost me £39.
I've called my bank and asked for a refund because I can't believe this. PLEASE STAY AWAY. The website is no longer active/even available to look at. The tracking links don't work anymore and I figured out that I had been scammed because the tracking link said my package was in the UK. When I asked them about this and gave them my tracking number they said its still being hand crafted, so I pulled them up on it. That's when they knew they messed up, and they stopped responding to all of my emails.
