Shiny Whitening are incredible company
Shiny Whitening are unbelievable, I have twice ordered the product, which is otherwise a good product. But there deliveries have the same problems. You have to write to their support many times because they respond and they have incredibly long delivery times even though they promise 5 day delivery.

Produits authentiques ?
Il n'y avait pas de gel de blanchiment sur les strips que j'ai reçus mais que de la colle.
J'avais déjà commandé des Crest Whitestrips sur un autre site : il y avait beaucoup de gel et mes dents ont beaucoup blanchi.
Là, aucun effet, juste une corvée pour retirer la colle sur les dents après chaque utilisation. Je doute donc de l'authenticité des produits vendus par Shiny Whitening.

Since your shipping address is in Australia, the shipping time would be much longer. If you did not receive the order in 4 weeks, we can issue a replacement or a refund to you. Since the order was shipped from Netherlands to Australia, the delivery could be longer. For any Europe order, we deliver the order in 5-8 business days. For any order in UK, we deliver in 2-3 days.

Since your shipping address is in Japan, the shipping time would be much longer. The order was shipped by DHL E-commerce. It is different from DHL Express. DHL E-commerce uses local postal channel to transit the parcel, so the shipping time is longer. For any Europe order, we deliver the order in 5-8 business days. For any order in UK, we deliver in 2-3 days.

It is imported from Hong Kong P&G, so there is a sticker with Chinese characters pasted on top of the original packaging. I believe which the Chinese characters scared you. If you tear off the sticker, you can see its original English packaging. Hope this email ease your concern.

FIRST TIME ORDERING
I ordered teeth whitening usually from another company, so was reluctant to try a new one. However, it was perfect and worked exactly as my previous whitening. The delivery was longer than I expected, but it was the Xmas period and so I understand. I didn't get it for Xmas, but arrived the following week and I was delighted. I would absolutely order again.
