Our experience was great!
Our clubs were picked up at our house for our trip and then we dropped them off to be shipped home at a near by Fed Exp location- both were simple and convenient!! I called shipsticks twice during their return trip home and both customer support representatives were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use ship sticks in the future!

Hassle-free, very convenient
It's the first time I've used ShipSticks, and the process was hassle-free. Very convenient not lugging my clubs around airports and getting an Uber big enough to fit them and our luggage. My clubs were delivered a day early each way, which was very pleasant

For the sixth time in a row
For the sixth time in a row, there was a problem. Return pickup missed despite everything being set up perfectly. Not the club’s fault - a complete miss on the pickup once again. Return shipment was expedited which I appreciate but the angst ShipSticks causes every single time is amazing. The whole purpose is to have peace of mind and you consistently miss.

Everything from the initial booking through the whole process was perfect. I signed up for the five day plan and my clubs were there in less time. It’s a great value to not have to haul your clubs through airports.
