We use both ShipTop warehouse locations in Vancouver, Canada and Blaine, USA, so it was important for us to find a fulfillment partner that could support both. Ash and the team have been wonderful to work with. They are responsive, accommodating, and always quick to address any issues.

They receive inventory within a day, ship orders within hours (often faster than Amazon), charge fair rates, and always respond quickly. They’ve flawlessly handled hundreds of our cross-border U.S. shipments, and the whole team’s can-do attitude makes them a dream partner.

We are a new company that just started selling online. After reviewing 4 or 5 3PL companies we choose ShipTop. While they had the best prices, what sold me was that they were the only company that took the time to really explain all the process. They actual worked with us to make everything worked seamlessly. On Shopify and on their electronic platform. Now we are looking at selling on Amazon and they are helping us there too. A really good company to work with.

We've been working with ShipTop for a few months for our ecommerce fulfillment and Shopify fulfillment. As a company that ships out plenty of both DTC and B2B orders it was important for us to work with a fulfillment team that understands how important both are to our business. We've been really happy with the service, the team, and the overall experience of working with ShipTop.

Engaged ShipTop for ecommerce fulfillment for our online store B2C orders (run on Magento), and also to fulfill our retail B2B orders. They have generally been quick to respond and cooperate well with all the different requests that come along, including very "ad-hoc" requests. Very seamless so far. Recommend if you're looking for a 3PL partner in the US / CA!
