The fit was great. The customer service is very good and all emails were responded to very quickly.

Although it took longer than expected to get here, it was well worth the wait! The dress is stunning and very good quality. I am having it tailored for an upcoming wedding and everyone in the shop was in love with this dress. I am so excited to show it off!!

I received my purchase on July 3, 2026, on time, as promised. The dress is absolutely beautiful and is exactly like the photo on the website. The fabric quality is excellent, as is the workmanship. This gown is for a far-off formal event, but I am certain to receive many compliments! Shirees will be my new "go-to" source for my future formal wear needs!

**UPDATE** After seeing this review, Shirees offered to refund me an additional amount to make a total of 60%, but that my bad review was "blocking the normal refund process" and I would first need to "kindly remove the review." NOPE. Nothing like holding my money ransom. Even more proof that this company bad. ** Shirees is an absolute SCAM. The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo. The seams and sides were not symmetrical, and the left side looked like it had room to place a grapefruit under the hip. The shoulders were uneven as well. It would have to be completely reworked by a seamstress, and I'm not sure it could have even be fixed. They only refund you 23% and you have to ship it back to China, which was going to be over $50 (more than the refund). Steer clear of this company.

My dress I ordered did not appear like the dress pictured and the fit was off with the top being way too large. The dress shipped from overseas and took a long time to come in and then the return policy is so complicated that I would have spent so much money to return the dress so I didn't even bother. I will never order from this site again.

Dress I received did not match the photos shown online. Fit was terrible and I had to leave it in my garage several days to air out before I could try it on. Very strong chemical smell. I sent pics of the fabric discrepancies and they only refunded $24 of $160

The return process was simple, the team was responsive to my messages, and my refund was processed within 48 hours. No hoops to jump through, no runaround-just great service and a beautiful dress.

I ended up loving the dress, but my friend ordered the same one and had to return hers-she said the process was quick and completely stress-free. This shop truly cares about its customers.

I picked up a evening dress here, and wow-this dress turned heads all night! The beading is intricate, the silhouette is so flattering, and the quality feels way more expensive than it was. I had to do a quick return because I decided to go with a different style at the last minute, and it was the easiest return I’ve ever dealt with. The support team was kind and understanding, they approved my request instantly, and my refund hit my account in 3 business days. Couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience.

Update: Buyer beware. The company is not taking responsibility for a lost dress that was for a wedding. They claim they mailed it and are blaming it on the logistics company. Meanwhile I am out $200 over a month later. Never got my dress in time and had to scramble for a wedding. They keep saying they are waiting on shipping, I have disputed with my bank and the process is long. Do not use them for weddings or any important event. I had sent several emails to their customer service department and they refused to then credit my missing dress after they were paid for the lost shipment. They then sent email responses asking me to remove this review in order to process a refund. When I pointed out that this was not ethical or correct they sent an apology letter. Then they stated it was due to my bank dispute. They wanted me to stop the bank dispute before they would refund. I refused to do that as well. They also tried to get me to agree to a lower refund than the amount owed. This process took almost 2 months as I had to wait for my bank to go thru the full process with their bank. The dress company never intended to refund me.
