Shortly after applying the cream my eyes started to water and continue to do so for most of the day - I stopped using the cream for a couple of days - my eyes settled down - applied the cream and experienced the same eye watering symptoms.

Disappointed by Damaged Item and Limited Support
I recently purchased the Shiseido Advent Calendar and was really looking forward to discovering all the items inside. Unfortunately, one of the products — the Edo Perfume — arrived damaged, and the bottle was completely broken, spilling its contents throughout the box.
I contacted customer service hoping they could send a replacement for the damaged perfume, but I was told that wasn’t possible. Instead, I was only offered a 15% discount for a future order, which also doesn’t apply to items like Advent Calendars or sale products. I found this quite disappointing, especially given the premium nature of the brand.
Returning the whole calendar was inconvenient, so I decided to keep it, but it left me with a rather disappointing experience. I truly hope Shiseido considers offering better support or replacement options for damaged items in the future, as I’ve always appreciated the brand’s quality and attention to detail
