A very useful and convenient system! I’ve been using SHL for years, Home kits are sent out pretty quickly and results don’t take long to receive either. Staff are always friendly and take the time to explain everything.

The only area that I feel needs improvement is booking into clinics when treatment is needed. This process could be more streamlined and user friendly.

I cannot recommend SHL highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, discretion, and the utmost professionalism. The team made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment, ensuring I was well informed and comfortable every step of the way.

At a time when I was struggling with being myself, the staff went far beyond providing excellent sexual health care. They took the time to listen, offer reassurance, and remind me of my value as a person. Their compassion, empathy, and genuine care had a profound impact on me, and I was deeply moved by their kindness.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful ladies at the 10 Hammersmith Broadway clinic, particularly those who carried out my check-up and the member of staff who spoke with me afterwards. Her words of encouragement and understanding almost brought me to tears, and I will never forget how valued and supported she made me feel.

Tracy from the customer service team was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my results. The lab team also did a fantastic job by ensuring my results were delivered on time, which really helped ease my stress. I truly appreciate their excellent service and support.

This is a great service. Could not recommend it enough.
Test kits are sent out right away, once you have results, treatments are prescribed and sent right away too. No need for phone calls, to book other phone calls. Quick and discreet, follow up also on point!

Have been waiting since 23rd May for my order. Still haven’t got a tracking number for the replacement order - 15th June 2026. 11.33pm

The staff super helpful and friendly they make you feel at ease, they provide STD kits very easy to do at home and results are provided very quickly after one day, would recommend 100% they are doing an amazing job and helping so ma t people get prompt treatment when needed ♥️

Got a call from Neil as I had filled questionnaire incorrectly and he advised SHL would need to do another test and he would post another kit out , he was very friendly, profess and most of all reassuring . I was very impressed . Thanks a million
