Absolutely do not order from this company. Ordered a pair of shoes , they sent the wrong size and do not do returns because according to them SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE. Well spending $59.00 plus shipping is expensive. BUYER BEWARE

Like others I saw add on my phone for Clarks shoes. Ordered them and kept checking order status and they are saying that the shoes were delivered to an address in Bristol, PA and I live in California. Have had no luck trying to contact their so called customer service. Very disturbing!!

I ordered orthopedic shoes. They were supposedly undeliverable but no notice on my door and they won’t give a reason for a perfectly good address. DO NOT BUY from this scam company. I’m out $70. Never again! That company needs to be shut down!

I also ordered a blood glucose monitor, but received a pulse oximeter instead. I wish I saw a previous review about someone else being scammed by this company. Customer service even tried to tell that this was their "newest model" of the glucose monitor. Very unhappyl!

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered shoes that were advertised as Clarks and they were a knockoff. The size was wrong and I did not like the look of the shoe. They had me take pictures and send an email just to tell me shipping costs were too high and they did not accept refunds. Do NOT get sucked into the adds on your phone. I will only be ordering from reputable sites from now on. And this site is 💩

Don't order from Shoewang. I ordered a blood glucose monitor and was sent an oximeter instead the customer service is not helping with the issue of receiving the wrong item. It appears that if you order from Shoewang.com they will not make it right. So in conclusion don't waist your money purchasing from this company

Ordered women's 7.5 and received an EU40 Very obviously way too big. Weren't Clark's as advertisement showed. Supplied all information to receive return mailing address and was told they were fine and donate them if I didn't want them. Still waiting to hear back after my 2nd email asking to return. Wasted time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The shoes I received were advertised as Clark’s. They are not Clark’s. Very cheap material.

Items are not as advertised. Improperly sized, incredibly cheap material, not even close to what was photographed on the site. Inflexible, cheap material, especially for the price.

I saw an ad while playing a game on my phone, and they are using the brand name Clarks. The shoes shown are NOT Clarks brand, this is false advertising.

SHOEWANG...They lie in their sizing chart and they lie about the return policy. Sent me a 3X . I ordered an XL. Sent all documents required for refund. Told me keep sweater. After many non-productive emails offered 50% off on another order...Conclusion donated item to local thrift and I am out $56. Tried credit card but already paid out. That's why order took over 1 month to fulfill.

You advertise a fuzzy fleece jacket the jacket I received is plaid but it is by means not a fuzzy fleece. I rate your product as the lowest I can because the product doesn't meet what was advertised online and when trying to get a refund you refuse.

I was served an advertisement for Nordstrom shoes and it turned out to be from Shoewang.com

The shoes were received and they were of inferior materials, not true to size and the color was far off what was advertised

I wrote to them requesting a return and refund and for the last 3 weeks I've been sent multiple emails, all AI generated, refusing to refund stating that they are suffering from a financial crisis. Their site advertises a 100% guarantee and they are not honoring.
