Great experience in booking and the photo shoot. Really loved the outcome.

Booking our mini photo session was really easy! We were nervous about the day of the photoshoot since we didn't know who our photographer would be and their style. However, the photographer made sure we were comfortable on the day of our photoshoot and took into consideration our ideas. Very friendly and patient. Purchasing and downloading our photos was really easy too. We cant wait to book our next session!

Scheduling the photo shoot online was incredibly easy. The photographer, Martha, was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job guiding my daughter through all her poses. We received 105 beautiful photos in just 30 minutes and every single one turned out great. The images were available to view online within 2 days, and purchasing them was simple. They downloaded instantly to my computer right after checkout. Highly recommend 10/10!

We loved our experience with Shoott! We used them for maternity photos (that we were a little unsure if we even wanted) and ended up having a great experience with our photographer and loved every single photo. We’re so glad we booked and now have such beautiful lasting memories.

My photographer, Jum, was excellent. She was creative and flexible, as we were in a crowded tourist location. She worked around rainy weather and a time crunch on my part. The photos turned out great. She was low stress, brought great energy without being weird, and I will definitely use Shoott again when we need a local photographer.

Shoott made our family photos with our two month old so easy-not to mention last minute. I was able to book a session for that weekend. It was quick, fun, and we got our edited gallery back four days later. Would totally do it again.

In this fast paced age, using shoott for our family pics proved to be the best choice. Bringing together so many to smile for a pic can be a challenge, but not with shoott. It was so easy to book a half hour session for my family. The photographer was lively, professional and had great energy. The location options were great as well. Our pictures were available within a week, and the results were beautiful. I would totally recommend shoott.

Honestly, it's really hard to find a photography service that is as easy to book, easy to show up with the family, easy to get all the poses & moments we were looking to capture (without worrying about the kids melting down or the dogs being unfocussed), but SHOOTT somehow made it all happen. It was SUCH a relief. We loved our photographer Rachel - she did such a good job working with our young children & 4 small dogs, and my wife was soooo happy with how she looked & felt, the photos came out beautiful (there were so many to choose from we just decided to just purchase the full gallery - which ended up being cheaper per photo so it's a great deal), and the photo files were delivered as promised within 4-5 business days after the session we had on a Sunday at our local park. It's really an incredible service, can't recommend it enough - will be booking a session for Mother’s Day this year!!!

I was so pleased with Shoot’s entire process. The platform made it so easy to book, sent reminders, let you know what to expect, etc. I ended up buying 10 photos because I loved all of them so much. The photographer was professional and I was very happy with the end product.

I've had 3 Shoott photo sessions in both CT and NC, and they've been fun! The photographers were friendly, professional, and warm. In my most recent session, I purchased the entire gallery, but in my first two sessions, I purchased fewer than 10-20 images. I learned in this last transaction that, because I didn't purchase enough images in my first two sessions, I would need to put down a $100 deposit to schedule my third session. It wasn't an issue, but it was a surprise to me, especially being a returning client (who wasn't late and who tipped my photographers). That's why it's 4 out of 5 stars for me. Otherwise, the experience was good, and I'd recommend them! May even do it again.

Our warm and engaging photographer Tiffany from Shoott over-delivered with so many stunning, well-composed, and flattering family pictures at a fair price! Tiffany did an incredible job scouting the best spots at the Coker Arboretum and giving us on point posing tips in a friendly tone. I can't recommend Shoott and Tiffany enough! I will definitely use Shoot again! I am impressed Tiffany was able to create gorgeous pictures within 30 minutes and respecting my mood board. Wow!

I’ve done two sessions with Shoott and have been super happy with both! I am OBSESSED with the pics that came out of my Midtown Studio pics and have been showing them to everyone I know! Such a great experience!!!

Honestly I’ve had an amazing experience with them and have booked them multiple times. I love how you pay for only for the photos you want rather than the entire thing. Plus, the photographers always give you guidance so you don’t look/feel awkward

The experience is okay, the images are not. Shooting with no lighting in direct sunlight doesn't make for good images. We wasted our time getting ready, driving to the shoot location, and waiting for the images. They're just glorified snapshots. We've had professional images made so we have a direct comparison. This company seems to be in the business of selling prints, not creating great photos.

I purchased the photoshoot on Shoott.com photos company site in combination with the Shutterfly postcards package. I then realized that the promo code from 510 families of 10% did not apply as it should have. The cost of the photoshoot full package was supported to be $216. But I decided to add the Shutterfly package which seemed like a great deal and paid $256. And it is not. I overpaid $50 for a code that I need to use on Shutterfly which is super confusing. I don't see how 50 cards for $50 is a great deal. I wrote to Shoot to apply the 10% code on their photos and refund me the difference or cancel my Shutterfly package. They refused to do so. I find it hard to believe that Shutterfly cannot deactivate the code... Not buying anything from Shoott.com or Shutterfly ever again!
