Mala experiencia. La tela del vestido es de muy mala calidad para ser un vestido de 300 euros. Para empezar, llegó en una bolsa de plástico fina (me esperaba al menos algo que lo protegiera más teniendo en cuenta el precio del vestido). Tremendamente arrugado y con olor a tabaco, además de que la tela era fina, incluso se transparentaba a contraluz.
Tuve que escribir cinco correos hasta que me contestaron para poder iniciar el proceso de devolución. Además tuve que pagar los gastos de envío porque según indicaban ellos era un "pedido internacional", aunque ha sido todo dentro de España. Tardaron más del tiempo que tienen estipulado en devolverme el dinero y tuve que insistir también hasta que me contestaron.

Servicio post venta lamentable. Tan desesperada estaba que escribia por email, instagram...e incluso le mande un privado a Gala.

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Sent back my item and have been waiting for a refund for nearly 2 months now. They keep making excuses/coming up with lies.
Absolute sham
I ordered a blouse in October and never received it. Every time I ask, they say it will be shipped within the week - this has not been true once. The prize of the blouse has since been reduced and they agreed to issue a partial refund so that my cost matches the current price, but I have received neither a shipping confirmation, nor a refund, nor an offer to cancel shipping costs.
Update: After 5 months, they agreed to send over a refund - which did not arrive either. I am initiating legal proceedings as should every woman who has been defrauded by this company.
Good luck if you want a refund
While they are reliable for delivery, good luck if you want to return something or get a refund. They stop answering your emails as soon as they know you want a refund and will not schedule a pick up. Quality is also mediocre for the price.

Estoy muy de acuerdo con todas las opiniones..el servicio al cliente es pésimo, los tejidos también y sobretodo la ejecución de la ropa (muy mal cosida) por un producto de 310€... devolver algo es una odisea..después de insistir mucho conseguí recuperar el dinero...
No devuelven el dinero, no contestan… Mala atención al cliente.
Compre un vestido con el importe de 315€ me puse en contacto con ellos para proceder a la devolución tardaron días en contestarme… Finalmente cuando me contestaron como tenía que devolver el artículo, desde el número de seguimiento del transportista el pedido les a llegado hace más de 15 días… No contestan los correos y lo que te responden es que han tenido problemas con la dirección del correo electrónico y que revisaran el caso… Leo opiniones y comentarios de clientes y la mayoría son como estos… No les contestan, excusas, no han recibido el reembolso… Muy mal! Sigo a la espera del reembolso de 315€…

This brand’s handling of cultural elements is deeply problematic. They sell traditional Asian garments—particularly Chinese and Vietnamese dresses —without providing any credit, context, or appreciation for the cultures they’re "stealing" from. Their choice to feature only non-Asian models, combined with a non-Asian creative director, makes the appropriation even more apparent.
In 2025, we should be past this. Cultural attire shouldn’t be used as a costume or a trend—especially not when it’s being sexualized or stripped of meaning. It’s important to admire cultures with respect, not through exploitation.
Don’t support racists!
Made & from Spain one of the colonizers. They reuse the same materials from SHEIN, resell for more money, also renames them bigotry against other ethnic groups specifically Asians. Browsed and saw a qipao as a “moon cake” dress or a “dim sum dress”, how long do we have to wait for a CHANGE in the world when people like them (racists) think it’s okay to rebrand a clothing that’s been known for decades and centuries and call it whatever they like.
No refund (you'll lose money)
Their customer support is terrible - avoid buying from this website at all costs. They will accept your return but won't refund your money. It's mental.
Faulty item and missing refund
I bought a dress online, unfortunately, it was faulty upon arrival.
For two months, I have been communicating back and forth with customer service. The dress was returned 1.5 months ago and I am yet to receive an update and my entitled refund. I would stay far away from this brand.

Hello, I want to reach you out since I saw some of your dresses that are a copy of Vietnamese traditional dress Ao Dai. For a western person to make profit with other culture’s traditions is all the way unethical, disrespectful and ignorant. Nobody should take other tribes or culture’s traditional clothes and capitalize it. With all respect you should consider how your actions affect the customers who wear without knowledge of the sensitive matter since they will get the reactions for wearing something inappropriate.

2. Participarás en un evento vietnamita donde se recomienda usar ao dai, como bodas y funerales.
En caso contrario, no lo uses si respetas otras culturas y te consideras una persona consciente.

Beautiful designs that are overpriced based on the material used.
I bought a pair of 150 euro pants a week ago and they arrived and I am so upset about the material. I wore them once and they creased a lot. They feel super cheap like a pair you could get for 20 euros in a market. I am really disappointed as you can’t write a review on the product page. I would warn people not to buy from them! Disappointed as I’ve been following Gala (the designer) for years. It’s great they are designed and produced in Spain but use better materials if you charge at that price :(
