A rather late review! The house clearance service was very good, but it has lost a star because yet again the service can apparently now only be used by people with online access. I was told in the BHS shop that this was now the only way to book. This discriminates against those who are unable to use online services, like many of the elderly who might well be the very people needing the service. Apart from that, there were no issues at all.

Great produce and prompt service

The BHF stores and especially the store at Westbrook Shopping Centre is one of the best in the area. When I moved to the area they were the most friendliest and helpful staff I have ever encountered. The range and quality of things I was able to get to make my house a home was incredible and all of this was a few months after my father had undergone a triple heart bypass so I feel passionate about supporting the shop and the charity. Pop in you wont look back

So easy to order, it took so little time and the goods arrived promptly

The blood pressure monitor was a good price and was despatched promptly from BHF to the courier. In this case there was a short delay after the initial delivery attempt was not completed because of a misunderstanding over whether to ring my dooball or not. Anyway after clarification, the delivery was completed on the second attempt. I have started to use the BPM but not used all of the features yet. It seems to be a good purchase and should meet my needs, hence the 5 stars.

Just before the holidays, I purchased two oil paintings through a timed auction. The package arrived with both artworks, but only one was correct. It's been challenging since then. I discovered that the landscape I received, which should have been pink roses, was sold to someone else. I found the rightful buyer and informed BHF. Recently, DPD collected the mismatched piece, but I haven't received any updates about my actual painting, which I assume went to the landscape buyer. E-bay recommended opening a case to ensure I'm protected if I don't receive the return. However, BHF suggested closing the case, saying it wasn't necessary, yet their tracking numbers differ from DPD’s. It's been quite a rollercoaster. It's puzzling how an invoice with pictures of two rose paintings ended up with a landscape in the package. I remain hopeful that my original painting will reach me, but I’m quite frustrated by the ordeal. I've frequently shopped with BHF without issues, but unless my original artwork arrives, my confidence in the process is shaken. I'm open to revising my review once I receive what I actually ordered.

Excellent service.

British Heart Foundation were very very helpful when we were clearing a relatives home which was some distance from our own.
They were professional and kept to the time scale agreed. The two men that turned up were also very good and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent, friendly and prompt service. Clearly explained what would happen on the day beforehand.

We had arranged for bhf to do a house clearance of mum's flat. It was easy to arrange, and I couldn't fault the guys who came to do the clearance. They were careful, considerate and very efficient. They spent a few minutes to plan out the work and kept me informed every step of the way. I felt happy that everything was being handled considerately and most importantly the bhf were being supported.
My only small niggle is the link attached to the email quote ( that told us what was and wasn't being taken) didn't work so we were in the dark until the guys arrived to do the work.

Easy to purchase and well known organisation

This has been really useful, works well, easy to use.

Collection booked for this morning,three messages one says arriving after 7am, another says arriving after 8am,another says arriving soon.Just rang the store drivers start at 11am ,whole morning ruined.
