The power lead looks to be used
Power lead was clearly second had. Conversation with Black Cat PC and they were concerned that they had been supplied with a used item. It functions fine so I declined the offer of a replacement. I would still shop here again.

I don't usually bother leaving reviews but Black Cat PC were exceptional. Placed my order late at night on a Thursday with the free next day mon-fri delivery option. Dispatched first thing Friday morning and delivered on Saturday. Outstanding.

Drop Shipped
Power bank advertised as capable of charging a laptop at 65W. Only outputs 45W. They should not be stocking drop shipped products. And they should not stock products that mislead and scam customers.

Thank you for your review although I must say a little unfair, firstly it wasn't a drop ship it was sent from our warehouse here in West Sussex. The item was tested here when we received them and it charged the laptop it was tested with. However, it is impossible for any product of this kind to be tested with every laptop on the market and incompatibilities do exist. There was no scam or attempt to mislead. it said 65W on the box and we have no reason to doubt that apart from your experience which isn't definitive.
So presumably it was either faulty or just incompatible with your particular machine. Probably the latter.
I have since asked you for the details of your laptop in response to your earlier message as I am trying to liase with the supplier but as yet no reply from you, just this!

Battery clearly didn't come from China - arrived next day. Appears to be an OEM part, so expecting it to be good, unlike poor and potentially dangerous stuff advertised on ebay.

Matchless. Website does not do justice to the knowledge, help and stock that Black Cat demonstrated when I rang and asked how to identify the replacement charging port and charger for my 14 month old Dell laptop. The phone was answered promptly by someone who knew exactly which parts were which and talked me through some doubts I had and was generally reassuring that it was do-able as a DIY repair (Youtube videos). Free delivery really was next day, parts seemed to have the same labelling as Dell original equipment. Of course I could have got cheaper unlabelled parts off ebay or amazon from Chinese source, found they wouldn't fit/work, tried to return them, bought again etc etc.

When I called I was given straight forward advice and guidance on the product and told they would try and dispatch it later that night even though it was late afternoon.
The product was delivered at 10am the following day!!
Very helpful and friendly support provided by the member of the team I spoke with.

Very good service
Very good service - laptop battery arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately DPD we’re too lazy to find our property and dumped it at a local shop - not the first time we have had issues with them; other couriers are more resilient and helpful.
