I’m still waiting for a response to my email. Very poor service indeed

Fairly easy to see order but returning has been problematic. I have arranged to return one opened pair of underwear under the returns app on their system. I contacted customer service about how to return the other unopened items I have. I did get a response and was asked to reply if I needed a returns number and address but as yet I have not received a response or a refund for the other item. Not exactly impressed with the lack of communication sadly.

Second Time buying I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.

Really disappointed with my recent purchase of these period pants. The pyjama pants are great, although the padding is a little excessive. The period pants I purchased are definitely not the best, I bought the High Flow pants as I am a heavy bleeder but after a 2 hours I'm leaking through. The padding is so excessive, it feels like I'm wearing a nappy, they are super visible fmtjrough any clothes I wear and yeah, just all round disappointed.

Easy to use website. Excellent service, quick delivery and well packaged. Not convinced on the actual product, seems well enough made and good quality but for me the padded area doesn’t go up high enough at the front.

Body form was very quick to dispatch the item with the company delivering the item with the post office

Never bought period pants before and was wary of using but they have been amazing. Kept my teen clean and dry all day. Good fit.

I wanted to return Items or get a refund as items delivered were several sizes to big and it turns out that their own order number is not sufficient as evidence of order and payment. It is absolutely absurd

The night pads are very narrow, so they keep leaking. They’re long but too narrow to provide any coverage.

I bought some of their period pants and they were awful. Badly made, very uncomfortable and leaked a lot. I filled out the form for the money back guarantee, providing the receipt and they have done everything they can to avoid honouring it. First they passed me around to multiple different email addresses and webforms, each one saying "No, try this other one instead," and finally they claimed they couldn't see the details on the receipt clearly, even though the details were perfectly visible. In short they have made excuse after excuse not to honour the money back guarantee for their awful product. I will never buy from bodyform again.
