They were very quick to respond to my queries, and amend their web site for instore pickup. Online order placed on a weekend, and was processed very quickly. Overall, a very positive experience.

Package arrived on time
Package arrived on time, or even sooner than I expected it. Ordering was easy. What I didn’t like is $250 limit to get free shipping. Otherwise all is well. Great products!

He went to the post office to talk directly with them and got everything straightened out and I received my package very quickly. This was an expensive order and I could have been out $$.
