I accidentally left my card behind and they went to a lo t of trouble to contact me and let me know.

Confirmation email was confusing but otherwise all good

Great quality products delivered directly to my door very quickly. Easy to use website and fair delivery cost. I highly recommend their 900g Christmas Pudding!

Greats beers and delivered in a crate

Another Christmas pudding sorted for this year!

Had some empty bottles to return when placing my order for 12 Harveys Best.

Has an email to say that they were no longer delivering direct to my address instead it was a courier service. However as I has some bottles to return they would send one of their drivers to deliver and collect. Refund on my card the same day ! Excellent customer service.

All at Harvey's were fantastic as ever! However once again issues with the courier APC. Had to stay in for 2 days for delivery which arrived over two days!

All of our family have been using Harvey’s for our lobsters and crabs for years. It’s a tradition that we all follow based on the friendly and knowledgeable service we always get from them.
