Not sure what’s going on with this company. 2-3 years ago things were good especially with communication. They would respond right away even had sms service. Now things are out of stock all the time and the website doesn’t work half the time. Either it takes you to a random website or it’s unavailable. Not worth buying bundles because of short expiration date. Sad because the omega 3 soft gels are alot softer than anywhere else i’ve tried. Always out of stock though.

I am very happy with the purchase and even more so with their professionalism. My parcel got lost on the way to delivery. But they took note of it after informing them and re delivered it to my place. Yes, it took quite a while but the way they handled the whole situation was very impressive. Thanks. Definitely I will recommend them to others.

Very good product 💯, I received 3 pack of multivitamins, as I ordered only 1 pack, I am very happy 😌 and the multivitamins capsules are also very easy to swallow small and complete size thanks 🙏

Avoid – Impossible to swallow and zero support
The tablet sizes are ridiculous; even the children’s version is too big for an adult to swallow safely. To make matters worse, the company is unreachable. I’ve called multiple times and emailed, but no one answers. There is no way to return the order. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I was happy with the vitamins but annoyed that the expiration date is for May since I ordered 6 months supply, and it would expire in 4 months. Vitamins are great but expiration is annoying as buying in bulk wouldn’t work!

Ordered 1 year supply of multivitamins in December 2025. Received them in January 2026. All 4 boxes have an expiry date of July 2026.
I emailed info and help email contacts x4 times the following 2 weeks after receiving the parcel to enquire about a return and refund. No reply.
I called the number on the website at different points during the day over several days, no answer either.

Worst experience, totally unreliable customer care and services. Hate it Bcz it’s like that.

No confirmation email regarding my purchase and product arrived after a number of weeks and an email chasing this matter by myself. No reply to my complaint or any apology but Hashmats did refund my postage for item, therefore did appear to have accepted responsibility for this mistake.

This company is not honest!you had to send 2 emails but they didn't have the kindness to respond and in the end they returned my money for cs in the last email I told them if they can't deliver the order to give me my money back. if you don't have the products in stock or you don't want to sell, don't put the products sold I waited 2 weeks when they wrote delivery in 4 days on their website. lying company!.

The product was ordered and there was no order tracking available. 14 days had passed with no track of the product. Then I received an email that a refund is initiated.

2 weeks wasted and I had to order from some other company.

The delivery was good but the product itself is not child friendly. The smell and taste is foul and my children struggled to eat them. I bought 6 packets which are no use to me and would like to return them.
If the taste and smell could be improved it will be really good.

Ordered 2 x bundles but only received one pack. I'm £45 down. Ive tried calling numerous times and sent emails with no response.

Fast delivery and a pleasant team to deal with. Will shop again for sure. A++

I made an order 19Th sep.I Request for special Delivery what charged me £11.95 for getting delivery within 2 working days.But i received the delivery after 7 days.In the meantime i sent email but no response.Need to focus on Customer service and make sure deliver on time

I could not find halal certified high strength vitamin D on any other site.
The delivery was a bit late but after my complaint they responded promptly and I received the parcel in 3 days.
Overall satisfied with their product.
