Not our first time using this local firm, we wanted a Mac laptop connected to a new non-Mac monitor, with data transfer etc. Guy found what we wanted and transferred contents etc super quickly and effortlessly. If technology is not your thing Inhouse don't make you feel like an idiot for asking basic questions, not using the right lingo and sometimes not 'getting it'. Guy is upfront, explains clearly and simply and doesn't talk down, while exploring all possibilities to find solutions for you. Secondly there is no attempt to upsell or add in unnecessary extras. They offer excellent value, also do home visits and are happy to answer queries on the phone.

I visited InHouse Computers today, having had a number of past occasions requiring their help.
From home computer to phone issues. I can always honestly say that they get 5/5 for every visit I've made - and today was no exception.
I've had increasing issues with my OPPO Reno phone, not even 2 years old. They have all been software issues, resulting in interruption of my ability to efficiently use my phone.
Guy was free to look at my phone straight away, (I have medical issues that are such that going without a phone leaves me feeling very vulnerable).
So Guy looked and found several apps that needed deleting, and this was all he did. His advice for ongoing issues made good sense, and I left feeling positive about probable changes.
Today since Guys help my phone has improved enormously. Id though that some more basic issues were due to inadequate lighting or some other reason, but my phone is already showing such significant improvement, I just cannot believe the difference already.
Thanks so much Guy for your help and education. You have no idea how much it has meant today to not have to go without my phone - yet still having it work significantly better than it had been.
I recommend InHouse Computers unreservedly.
Their past work had taught me this, but I'm ashamed this is the first review.
So very grateful for your help!
Do take your phone or computer there, being able to trust your devices are in most capable hands.

Awesome that you upgraded my purchase when the laptop I was supposed to get was damaged in packing. But someone addressed the package wrongly, missed including our unit number, and there was an extra day and a lot of rigamarole on delivery

Reasonable prices, quick shipping

Only part that made it 4 stars instead of 5 - never got a "item shipped" notification, so I didn't know to keep an eye out for the courier.

Always a very easy transaction and great efficient service.

Some .dll files were damaged but easily fixed, computer works well
