Custom made Deruta kitchen clock.
Our Deruta kitchen clock fell off the wall and broke into pieces as it hit the tile floor. Looked online and found exact replacement with marideruta.com Ordered it, paid for it. They said it would be about 4 - 5 weeks.
The company sent me emails noting the progress of the order (the ceramic casting, drying, painting, and firing), as it was custom made. And sent an email noting delivery.
Item was delivered to our porch 15 days after order. It was expertly packed with no damage to the sturdy box or contents.
If you need anything Deruta, go to this vendor, they got it all.
We are very pleased with our order.

Dear Mr.Daniel,
What a joy to read your words! ❤️
We are sincerely sorry for the mishap with your original watch, but knowing we were able to help you find the exact and beloved replacement fills us with satisfaction.
Your review is a wonderful tribute to the passion and craftsmanship we put into every single Deruta piece.
Attention to Detail (and Speed!): You rightly noted our meticulous process: from casting, to drying, to painting, to firing. While the estimated production time for a custom piece is 4-5 weeks, we are thrilled to have exceeded your expectations by delivering the watch in just 15 days! This is the result of a dedicated team working to bring a smile back to your face as quickly as possible.
Travel-Proof Packaging: Deruta ceramics are a fragile treasure, and we're proud that our bomb-proof packaging ensured flawless delivery, protecting your precious ceramics all the way to your door.
Thank you so much for choosing us and for your warm recommendation. We hope your new clock continues to mark happy moments in your kitchen for many, many years!
Please don't hesitate to contact us for any other Deruta ceramic needs.
With gratitude and best wishes,
The shop.marideruta.com Team

Beautiful, hand painted piece of artistry for my kitchen!
The olive oil dispenser is absolutely beautiful. However, it took a very long time to receive it - over 2 months. Had I not reached out, I would not have known that the first piece had broken and they needed to make a new one. They should have communicated that to me. But the end result was worth the wait!

Antwoord van F.lli Mari Maioliche srl
Dear Mr. Scheuer,
We sincerely thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We are absolutely thrilled to hear that your hand-painted oil cruet from Deruta is "absolutely beautiful" and that the end result was "worth the wait"! This is the highest compliment we could receive and rewards us for the work and passion we put into every single piece.
However, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the long wait of over two months and, more importantly, for our lack of proactive communication regarding the breakage of the first piece. You are absolutely right: we should have contacted you immediately and kept you updated without you having to contact us.
Our commitment is always to offer artisanal ceramic pieces of the highest quality, a process that can sometimes be subject to unexpected events, such as breakage during production (the true nature of handmade craftsmanship). But this does not excuse our lack of communication.
We immediately revised our internal protocols to ensure that, in the event of delays or production issues, customers are contacted within 24 hours of discovering the issue. Your review is a vital reminder of how crucial transparency is.
We greatly appreciate your patience and are grateful for recognizing the value of Deruta's craftsmanship. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future, offering you the beauty of our products and the excellent service you expect and deserve.
Sincerely,
Giacomo Patacca

Gentile Sig.Rocca,
Cordiali saluti,
Giacomo Patacca

The clock is beautiful and was packaged…
The clock is beautiful and was packaged well.
However, once the battery was put in, the hour hand did not work.
Using the internet, we tried several different methods and eventually got it adjusted.
But it did not correctly keep time, so it is now being fixed by a watch maker, which will cost $30.

Spettacolare....
Grazie!
