F.lli Mari Maioliche srl Reviews

Gentili precisi artigiani meticolosi bravi e curati.da affidarsi

Ho acquistato 2 tavoli in pietra lavica: belli, ben fatti, disegnati a mano. La consegna nei tempi stabiliti. Ottima esperienza con il sig. Mari.

I placed my order on April 4th, the order was not received until 20th July, between these two dates I messaged the company through their customer service form on the website and also a private message on both Facebook and Instagram. These were ignored, I have had no reply to any of the messages sent. Worst of all when I received the order the item I was sent looked nothing like what was on the website. I ordered an Espresso set in the Turquoise Arabesco pattern, which on the website shows 2 small espresso mugs on a plate tray. I was sent 2 espresso cups- a completely different shape to what is shown on the website. The entire experience with this company has been abysmal. I would advise against shopping here or spending your hard earned money on their products. No customer communication, false advertisement and sending wrong items. Terrible

Conosco la vostra ceramica , ho molti altri oggetti. Ottima la fattura del vaso.
Nel complesso sono soddisfatta , grazie

I will never order again from F.lli Mari Maioliche. The Palio di Siena plates I ordered are not what was shipped. The plates that were shipped were smaller than what was on the confirmed order and do not match the other plates previously ordered. The Company (Giacomo) has been unhelpful, argumentative and unwilling to resolve the problem that they created. Terrible customer service.

Molto soddisfatta!
