have ordered from Atorie twice now! very happy with their items, shipping was a bit slow first time around but was okay ever since. good quality items as advertised, nice additions to the wardrobe (especially the jackets & sweaters)

I ordered some high waisted pants and the crease was a little off center on one pant leg however I was able to fix the crease. - I had an issue where I could not log in but I emailed their support team and responded to me multiple times over multiple days with in a 3 hour period. They allowed me to log back into my account.

Overall great customer service I will be ordering again and will leave another review on the products that came.

The first time I ordered on Atorie, the package took 3-4 weeks to arrive but recently I’ve noticed that it’s been shipped out faster. The material overall is great and at least not made from polyester like other fast fashion brands. I would recommend checking the sizing guide as all the clothing varies!

Hidden gem! I’ve already ordered 5 times and plan to order more. Their bags and shoes never disappoint I love the design and quality. Happy with my purchases.

Honestly so happy with my order from Atorie. I wanted some warm merino wool basics for a trip and got pants, a sweatshirt, and a shirt and they were all perfect. Super comfortable, really warm, and still look great after a bunch of washes.

Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it came when they said it would, so I didn’t mind. Also their site has so many good options, especially cozy sweatshirts. Already tempted to buy more.

The shipping was longer than I thought, but once it arrived it was so worth it. I bought a pair of shoes and the quality is amazing, real leather, def the nicest pair of shoes I own/have ever bought myself. It's not a scam and the clothes are so cute

Atorie has a great costumer service and I love the clothes quality. My jacket and shirts from there are SO GOOD and so pretty that it’s the only thing I’m wearing nowadays. Now I’m just waiting for my other package.

I ordered a long wool black coat from them and let me tell you, I didn’t know what to expect but when it arrived OMG the quality, the look it’s every I wanted and I can’t wait to wear it for many many years. It’s definitely the IT GIRL coat you should get

I ordered two items on February 4. One finally arrived around March 24!!!, the other has not arrived yet. I’ve been emailing Atorie since late February. There’s NO RESPONSE! It’s now April 1!

Took weeks to arrive and one item is completely different color to what was ordered. Refuse to pay for return shipping. Appalling.

Similar experience to what others have described: My order ($300+) took over six weeks to arrive, with zero communication from Atorie. After I emailed several times, I was quoted a delivery window that was still badly missed. When the items arrived (two shirts, two pairs of pants), they were extremely small, appeared to be made of a different material and a different fit than in photos. An email inquiring about returns went unanswered—later googling turned up you only have five days to initiate a return. Which I missed. So I'm stuck with cheap, ill-fitting crap from China.

It took over a month to receive my item with no communication. I emailed a couple of times to ensure my order even went through but didn't hear back. When I finally received the item about 5 weeks after ordering, it didn't match the description in terms of size (it was sooo much smaller) so I had to send it back. The process for requesting a return took another week or more and I still haven't received the refund yet, 2 weeks after mailing it back. I finally received an email today confirming my return request, but they still charge you for shipping. Overall, a really frustrating experience. Would definitely not recommend.

Received another bag from Atorie today quality is great cannot believe quality and they shipped from the USA to uk for free this time the bag was a preorder which means you have to wait for them to be made it from order to arriving took 6 weeks but to be honest worth the weight. I would recommend this company. Please note that they do take a little time to respond to emails but they do respond

A month to get here , they got shoe size and color wrong . Missing items , never reply to email . Absolutely the worst if i could i would give it a zero

It took six weeks for the coat to arrive with absolutely no follow up from the company through email. It did not fit and I emailed them six times with absolutely no response wishing to return it. I filed the dispute with my credit card and it took them three weeks to respond to my credit card. I am going to be out close to $400 for a coat that my child does. I look like the Grinch in and is about four sides too big this has been an absolute awful experience.

I ordered on January 31st. It has been more than 5 weeks and I couldn’t get any information about my shipment. I wrote 5 emails and also I couldn’t get any response to my emails. I already paid and I couldn’t get any response. Do not believe what you see on instagram or tiktok about this brand. What they say is totally LIE and SCAM. Worst brand so far.

I can confirm Atorie is not a scam i have purchase 2 leather bags from them and the quality is outstanding .
i and from the UK so shipping took time around 32day to be precise i have since ordered another bag .
so anyone reading if your not in a hurry for an item then please buy from them, i would highly recommend them .
my only grumble is that they are very slow when you need information but there AI does talk you trough things.
