The website has been easy to use and has the products I need. When the company did not have enough to fulfill my order completely, I was contacted about either placing the remaining products on backorder or cancelling and the communication was effective and appreciated.

Zero response to email regarding order
My order was rejected due to a card issue, and when I emailed to make another option no one responded to my email.
I had to then order from another company, so I was not satisfied at all.

Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my product came; Made the $55 shipping cost well worth it, however i never did get any kind of tracking info until UPS let me know if had a delivery coming. Was easy enough to assemble. Did most of it by myself, had a little help from the husband at the end.
