The range of partners have improved. The site however is still slow and does not redirect to merchant website/app.

It's the first time I have had to use shopback so I'm still learning and experiencing shopback app

Was completing a quest which required me to spend a certain amount of money through the app to get a free gift card reward. Spent more than the amount required and the quest did not update with my spend when I had almost completed it. Messaged ShopBack multiple times since the 7th of May and never received my gift card or had this fixed/investigated. Scam website, they never intended to pay or honour it.

Cash back is quite slow. And some cashback is lost, especially Kathmandu, cashback from Kathmandu always be lost.

Was happy with what I bought and how easy it all was

Its a great app and despite the small discounts it all adds up. Have made cashouts (giftcards) and have redeemed.

I’ve cashed out three times now. No problems, hassle free and true to its word.

You shop pay for ur order then have to wait about a month and 1/2 to get the money, the adds make it seem like it’s almost instant but I was recently told it’s not which sucks cause who wants to wait over a month to get the money back, I didn’t see it anywhere clearly that will take that long

Shopback NZ is amazing!! A great way to save some money whilst spending money. I have really enjoyed the play & survey options. However, I don’t enjoy getting Cashback in segments. For example: survey $1.50 it will pay you out 0.3c each week or so until the whole amount is paid.

Im loving these cash back but only problem is take long to receive them but yeah love using Shopback app 🫰
