Shopback is convenient cashback that help the users to save a money on online purchase.

SHOPBACK Philippines, Legit? I don't know but for me this is some kind of a massive fraud.

Despite of them earning from what you have purchased they will keep them all to themselves if your cashback is definitely more than Php5,000.00

It seems that they only credit below Php5,000.00 cashback or even cents. Funny thing is, i have been sending e-mails to them including attachments but to my surprise, no results as they are claiming that the merchant is not responding to them and they have escalated it to the right department.

So, i took the liberty to do their job, and ta-da, the merchant responded to me with detailed information and the merchant said, they've been paying shopback monthly on the commission they are getting as affiliate.

But the question is.... How come i don't get what is supposed to be mine???

Aren't they earning enough to pay for their staff and operational expenses? Well, they're the one who can answer to that.

So i asked around, i posted a status on my facebook and asked my friends who were using shopback philippines and ta-da some of my friends are using it and they'd stop using it now as shopback is not giving them what they supposed to have too. and the thing is, we have the same situation. Shopback will only confirmed cents and below 5,000pesos cashback but if its more than that, they're not confirming it.

Weird, because their customer service who are responding to e-mails do only reply weekly. SO RATING - 0/10

I have tried to rectify this to their customer service but they keep on lying to my face. They will just ask you to email them the proof which you did and then they disappear.

I thought these people get billions of funding but it seems that this is a large-scale-estafa scheme.

Since I Joined shopback i only get the below Php5,000 cashback which I accumulated almost 9,000pesos but for my cashback that are more than 10,000pesos in one shopback transaction etc they're keeping it. My friend even had a Php40,000 and Php30,000 but she didn't get it but the 2,000php and 1,800php she got it...

Shopback should address this as this is way beyond their statement "Shop Mart, i don't think so. Save Smart? I don't know at all..

For someone who buys a lot of things online, this is a good deal!! You spend yet there's a chance of actually saving because u accumulate points that you can withdraw. I like the stores that they are partnered with.Downside is, the waiting time for the withdrawal of your shopback. But as they say, Patience is indeed a virtue! :)
