I ordered the red light belt, received it in a week or so and it works. Not sure if the health benefits will be great but the ordering experience was fine.

DON'T BUY , ITS A SCAM.
I have been waiting for the red light belt for almost 2 months and did not receive anything.
Reached out to customer service but got ignored multiple times.

Nothing can convince me this is not a scam.

Keep your money.

BEWARE OF ORDERING! Terrible customer service. I ordered 12/6. See photo for proof. Its 12/23 no product. Shows the shipment (which only tracks thru the capriccio site no other sites, So may be fake tracking) shows sitting in one place Wood Dale IL for an entire week, 7 days today and they have done nothing to look into it. They keep copy and pasting the exact same email wording. And doing nothing about it. I even asked for who the shipping was thru so I could open a claim with shipping carrier proof is attached of that email and got the same copy and pasted email wording as before. DO NOT BUY I have proof off all the emails.

update 12/30/25: Still no product. No customer service from Capriccio. They ignore. I even just asked them to replace and resend. And if they see the first one get delivered, send me a shipping label and ill mail one back. We will see. ill update.

I have not received my product and they took my money but I have yet to receive any product or my money back. THIS IS A SCAM UNTIL I GET MY PRODUCT

All folk service have to wait a long time for delivery probably 24 days to be size when it says next day used four times and stopped working ordered in June received August stop working September and I’ve still been chasing for return instructions refund or even an exchange, I would accept Templated emails which don’t make sense promise to give you a 60 day guarantee if you’re not happy will refund your purchase and then you can’t get hold of them awful Customer Service would suggest and hope that no one uses this Company

I ordered red led belt from here it’s been 2 weeks I am waiting I tried to track my order it’s say delivered but I didn’t receive anything I tried to contact them no one get back to me this is a scam

I have purchased two items. One I didn't want, so I asked how can i send back and get my refund back? i have been going through issues with them trying to get my money back for a month now. Scammers of not refunding money back. Buyers be aware!!!!!
