This app gives you homepage recs that are sexual, and inappropriate in nature despite not having any history of searching things like that. It always happens after I search for some of my favourite romance manga to buy, or when I search for anime figures. I get recommended condoms and anime soft porn (of the homosexual sort) that I have no interest in buying. Why is your app trying to spread degeneracy? My siblings share my account and being recommended this kind of faggotry is not a funny joke. Fix this garbage app.

Lastly, contacting shopee support is impossible when your app keeps trying to "initialise" the feature and then say download failed. This app is pure trash

I've been loving Shopee for the longest time until they removed the stack-voucher feature. I've also noticed the insane increase in the shipping fee from shops that are PH-based -- I once need to pay over 600 for a few small-sized stuffs for it to be delivered here in Visayas.

Been a regular shopper here since 2018, and after having made it to being a Platinum and Gold shopper many times, I've only ever had great to perfect experiences on the platform, and only had to get a refund once; for an item that wasn't shipped by the seller when I ordered several items from them. From the mobile app to the desktop site, it's all easy to understand and get a streamlined online shopping experience. The only minor con I would point out is that they push so hard for you to shop on mobile that some features aren't available on desktop such as viewing your liked products and using certain vouchers or discount codes. Overall though, would shop and shop again.

They do not take care of their buyers. If a scammer seller sends you a different item than the one you bought, you'll "report" the seller but nothing happens. That's why I like Lazada because they have a better protection for buyers.

Sadly I am forced to give 1 star. Rest assured Shopee Express isn't worth a single star!

If I select J&T delivery 90% of the time 24 hours.
The other 10% it takes them up to 48 hours.

Shopee Express - the fastest ever was 120 hours.
Usually it's around 196 hours.
But it also regularly takes them 240-480 hours.

Note in the past J&T PH was worse and Shopee Express PH was better.

But now J&T PH has gotten fast and reliable, Shopee Express PH got TERRIBLE!

note - if you quickly after ordering manage to select J&T - Shopee PH is great! But sadly sometimes they dictate you to go for Shopee Express - and then you're screwed!

I just saw All those negative reviews here But I’ll definitely give the curriers 4-5 stars for ther delivery here in the Cagayan de Oro area .. almost immediately after my order are at the hub they’ll pic the order up and deliver it 😊

First it started late last year when they had Gogo Xpress. We would prepare the orders to be shipped the same day we receive them, and select next day pick up. However, the courier wouldn’t show up for days. So, we’d reach out to customer support, and they would assure us that the order would be picked up if we just wait. We would ask them to extend the days to ship so the system won’t automatically cancel the order. Days after it will get cancelled, and when you reach out again, they will just apologize and do nothing about it. I don’t mind experiencing this once or twice, but the number of times we have experienced this is too much already. 50% of our orders per month are automatically cancelled due to no fault of ours. They even changed the main courier option to Shopee Xpress, but that did not help at all. The sneaky couriers would mark “Seller not on location.” even if it’s untrue. This would lead to a high cancellation rate, which can be seen on a shop’s home page. An error the customer support won’t even bother rectifying. You will have that bad rating for weeks. If you are a small business, I would suggest choosing a different platform.

The Worst ever. Antagal ng nasa hub ang parcel ko pero hindi dinideliver.
Parang walang konsensya. Napaka inefficient.

Too many scams. Merchants send you USED and broken items. They lie in the description and if you ask a question they either ignore you or lie.

Shopee and Shopee express is very rotten, please shut it down, imagine, the seller is in the same city as the delivery address but it will take 2 weeks???

Lately, delivery is so delayed. At one point one of my delivery took 3 weeks and the other one, 1 month and the other got lost.Now, a month after the holidays nothing much changed. You better change your courier service before you loss your customers.

The courier arrived phoned me so I went downstairs to collect my parcel COD.
I had ordered a somewhat heavy watch. On being handed the box it was extremely light weight, something wrong here!!! The courier was insisting I cancel it. The box itself appeared tampered so I easily opened it in seconds, and there was just a cheap watch in a plastic sleeve with no other packaging, Tried questioning the courier he got angry and took off. All extremely suspect, and from my personal experience in logistics I suspect some wrongdoings are going on somewhere and somehow. Meanwhile my order apparently going by Shopee online is still in the shipping phase. Lastly I think that it's unfair to the customer that they do not have the right to open and simply view a product before payment is made.

Shopee favors their couriers and their sellers. Couriers get away with not even trying to deliver items. They simply claim buyer is not available or does not want to receive package. Shopee does even covers up these incidents. They make it extremely difficult for buyers. The automated chat is one of the worse customer service tools ever invented. It is a way to say service was provided without doing anything.

With the latest labor scandal this company is facing I'm shocked that they are still operating! Recent orders are stuck at warehouse because zero delivery drivers are taking in parcels so this scam of an app is not only benefitting from late deliveries but also to the surge of online buyers! Without caring to the buyers themselves and most especially to their own workers!

Disgusting and shameful.
My last orders will be that - my last orders from this disgraceful shopping app! Never again!

I was very disappointed with Shopee. I called their hotline and waited for almost an hour and this was only 5 minutes after they opened office. And it got really worse. Shopee do not protect their BUYERS. All e-commerce online businesses I know gives customers the right to return IF NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT. Not the seller's fault..it appears good on the link, everything is as advertised but after you received,saw it feel the fabric, its weight, flimsiness you realized you made a mistake. Again not the seller's fault. Even if you walked outside a store with the merchandise you bought and realized you dont need it, you dont want it or you have a change of mind, YOU CAN ALWAYS RETURN, ask for a refund or get a voucher BUT NOT NOT SHOPEE..THIS SIMPLY IS NOT AN OPTION. Other websites have no problem with this but NOT SHOPEE. Was told "change of mine" is not a reason to request for a return and a refund. Oh wow this is news, imagine this is online shopping, Sometimes you dont really know what you are buying. Even if you get all the specs. And with these dropshippers, sellers DO NOT KNOW THE ITEM THEY ARE SELLING! They have not even seen it. And its always a hit or miss with online shipping. Same price but not identical number, not the same quality, you think you are getting the item advertised but it turn out they are using the same link only but selling another merchandise altogether. I dont think this is fair...

Shopee does not know how to protect loyal buyer there are a lot of fake product sold in their plotform and household product without cpr from fda which can cause harm to consumer and some product sold use words that will lure us to buy but in reality its not true to its words which shopee allowed it

Lately my experience to Shopee is disgusting. My order has been stuck up for 3 weeks I try to contact support several times but they keep promising but not compelling their promises. They are not true on what are they saying. Awful customer service and keep on waiting the customer hanging for 10 mins. Without responding
