Honestly i’ve been following shopgracie for a while now. I used to ship their items to the states since i lived in canada but now since i live in the US i constantly get their items. They never fail me and their quality is on point!! Their instagram/website looks awesome and its so easy to nagivate through things. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I have ordered a ton of items from this website and almost everything has fit me perfectly. I am normally hesitant to order online and picky about how things fit so this is great! The quality is usually very good and I rarely have any problems with items. The customer service is very friendly, responsive, and helpful too.

Honestly, I don’t even buy clothes from any other store since discovering shopgracieusa. They have one of a kind items while also having such a great price point that makes having super cute clothes affordable to anyone. The clothes themselves are super high quality and the fit is just always perfect. I’ve never had more confidence than when I started to fill my wardrobe with their clothes! If that doesn’t persuade you to check their website out than the fact that they have top notch customer service should. It’s really important for me as a consumer, to support businesses who are about their customers and shopgracieusa is exactly that. Any time I’ve ever reached out for assistance with an order they’ve never been anything but more than helpful. This super cute online store based in Hawaii has replaced every other clothing outfitter for me based on their quality of clothing and the quality of the people running it and every detail in between!

I wasn’t going to review this company but I really feel that they were trying to fraud me in every way possible. I also didn’t want to review because I’ve noticed that every bad review has a comment from them and I don’t want to here anything else from the company, they also seem to have fake good reviews. So buyer BEWARE. I ordered a shirt for Halloween 2 weeks before thinking that it would come in time. When I didn’t get a tracking number with in the allotted 3 days that they gave I emailed them, which I will say I was being a little anxious- at that point the person told me I would get my package after Halloween. Which okay, I was disappointed, but I dealt with it. When my package finally arrived I had ordered a small and I received a men’s large- & they had cut the tag off as if I wouldn’t notice. I am a petite woman - the shirt was swimming on me.

I sent them an email with pictures of myself in the shirt and the cut tag and how disappointed I was, mind you this is my first experience with this company. They said they would give me store credit for their mistake but argued with me about the fact that the tag was cut when I sent them a picture of it and there is a tag clear as day in the shirt on the website. So basicallly they cut the tag so I “wouldn’t” know they sent me a large instead of a small. Anyways, I had to threaten a paypal dispute to get them to offer a refund, but they made me send the item back first. I send the item back, they tell me I will receive a refund when they receive tracking information. It has been a week at this point, no refund. I email them, they say “oh you should have received that let me check.” I threaten another PayPal disput and the refund happens with in seconds of my email.

This company is complete fraud. I shouldn’t have to threaten a PayPal disput when I did everything you asked. Poor customer service, poor business. POOR.

My honest opinion?... Shopgracie is amazing! They have the best customer service, cutest clothes, and amazing prices. What’s not to love? Their customer service is amazing and always respond and fix any problem. I love that they have an Instagram and snapchat as well because they always post when they’re releasing new items and restocking! You should also follow them because they always have awesome giveaways to give everyone a chance to try out this great products.

I have been purchasing from Shop Gracie for about a year and a half and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about them. All of my clothes are still in perfect condition. Every single time I have a question about sizing they go above and beyond to ensure I feel confident that I am purchasing the correct size. They measure the item for me and even send me photos of models wearing it. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a response from them and I can truly say that I feel like they are family to me, that takes a lot for me to say. What more can you ask for?! Amazing customer service (everyone is always so down to earth and kind), the cutest clothes and also fast shipping?! You cannot find that anywhere else. You really can’t and I have yet to find a shop as great as them. Thank you guys for always answering all my questions promptly and helping me decide on the right size.

I absolutely love my jeans that I bought! They are a hi waisted light pair of jeans with an embroidered flower on them. They fit perfect and they were a wonderful company to shop with!!
