Shipping sucks with this company

JK DISTRO SHIPPING IS AMAZING💯

I read the reviews AFTER ordering which made me a little leery but I paid for priority shipping and the blinker switch came within 3 business days. I got exactly what I ordered plus a couple stickers so I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

To be completely honest if I could give a zero Stars I would I order an ounce of Oreos because I heard a lot of good things about this company and I watch a YouTuber called space City cannabis it took two weeks in the mail that was the first problem amongst many other ones it was ridiculously dry it smelled like ammonia and it was very harsh on my throat gave me a headache so I contacted the customer support to either get a replacement or a refund they offered me 15% off of my next order that will not be another order if nothing is fixed for a first-time customer this company did not do right by me at all and didn't even try to make it right the zero out of 10 recommendation

I have used them many many times never a problem the mail sucks whether you pay for better shipping or not and that's not Mary's fault. But the product is always on point I've only ordered flower and joints and never a problem always great service always great smoke.

Always shipped next day always answers emails and anyone saying different is not being honest because they never sold me anything but fire and no problems people are upset shipping isn't fast enough at least give a business 5 business days to process a order have a stash at home always use free shipping anyone saying shop hello Mary is not top notch has a vendetta

Im so tired of expecting these guys to get the product to me in a timely matter just horrible please please do not order unless you have money and time to burn ducking with these guys weed is good THE service sucks! Saving a buck on shipment when they have already made a 70 percent profit on the weed

They take too long to process and the usps takes too long to ship they refuse to use a different shipper even at my own expense ... 10 day to 2 weeks to receive after taking my money is wild .... product is fine not the best... and prices going up... no more budget selection... I guess it does pay to be greedy

By far the most consistent THCA vendor and the bud is top tier quality. I've shopped with over 60 vendors and only a couple can actually compete with shop hello mary. These 1 stars reviews are bogus and the majority of the YouTube reviews you see about shop hello mary will even prove that this vendor is s tier. People complain about everything.

My experience with the vapes line up exactly with has already been posted on this site. I wish I read this site first before doing business with these guys. I dealt with "Marcie" from "customer service" who basically called me a liar and said vapes effect everyone differently. My reply of course was i'll send you these defective products back and have you sample it and let's see if it's "the right strain for you" . Then the reply came how they don't accept vape returns and the best offer was 15% off my next order. Imagine thinking I would spend money after getting screwed the first time on $120 worth of "rosin" dispo vapes. X4. I would have been fine if they offered at least 50% credit towards another order. I would have ordered a different product, and not spend another dollar on the vape products but these people are not customer service friendly . I wouldn't put it past them that they sent me a vape that sat for a year before selling that's how bad the taste and smell was, borderline toxic. Don't get me wrong other folks probably had a decent experience but those are the ones they let write reviews. I paid $200 and I still can't write a review, what a joke website. I gave the customer service a chance at keeping a customer but I will never spend money there again. There are plenty of great sites and local businesses out there. Save your time and don't put up with half ass boof products and customer service. Spend your money with people who put out quality and work with you on order issues. I get it people take advantage on returns all the time but it was my first order and I spend over $200 , that should show a legit company this is a good customer to keep on board. Apparently not with these guys. Live and learn people! Shop smart !

Despite having reviews on their website, you cannot leave one with an account confirming you've bought a product. Shipping was delayed, whatever. I got one of their vapes in Honey Banana. There's no button so I was terrified of putting it anywhere that isn't on a table upright despite their claims of leak-proof innovation. Let me say, Honey Banana is not at all the terpene profile you get. You have to viciously smack around really trying to taste for any hint of creaminess listed in their description. I didn't buy it for flavor, I bought it for experience which they didn't specify on their website despite having filters for what experience you want i.e. euphoric, creative, etc. There's a musty man ass smell that isn't very pleasant that you can only taste a little bit. The actual quality of it is sketchy to me as well, not really hitting at all. First just in the eyes, but it wasn't enjoyable enough to keep smoking on. After forcing myself to give it another chance, the rosin is running out a lot quicker than I'd expected. Reading that rosin starts tasting bad after a half gram, I'm not sure I'd mind too much if what I was smoking wasn't already unpleasant. Not only that, maybe it's just this type of cartridge (as the only other of this type I've owned has leaked and had this problem too:), but the rosin really bubbles and spits hot on your tongue. Again, no button for preheat etc. I walk out of the room and come back to it shattered to a sharp point, breaking the first time it was dropped. I can't unscrew it from the battery, rendering it useless. I was new to buying product online, and thought the good reviews would outweigh the sketchy aloof vibe I got. Shocker! They don't allow reviews because it would tarnish the pristine review-pool they've got going. Look somewhere else other than ShopHelloMary. A cute sticker does not make my experience worth having again. Other people say the $30 price point is good bang for your buck, big foghorn noise from me.

One of the better thca rosin vendors out there... idk why the ratings are low.. ive never had anything but great business with them and they consistently have tons of options
... I prefer it over crysp especially for the price any day!

Company will take your money for GREATLY overpriced product and then 2 weeks will pass before you see any sign of what you overpaid for.

Do NOT bother contacting customer service because 1) they don't care and 2) they are rude.

Think 2x before overpaying for the lead times of a snail.

Never received anything; Package lost; never delivered by usps.
Customer service basically tells me to shove my thumb in my back end. There are so many other vendors out that will take care of you much better than these people will.
