I am afraid it broken ,was not very strong

I absolutely love this shop and always have done since I first found out about it in 2020! I love the ocean themed things that they produce and how it also helps ocean life!!! If ever I have had issues with anything the team has been amazing and fast to respond to my emails. I definitely will continue to purchase from this amazing shop in the future. 🌊🏝️🐢🐬

Beautifully made jewellery! I bought an anklet initially and loved it so much i went back for the matching necklace. I don’t take them off, i open water swim 3-6 times a week and they haven’t tarnished one bit ☺️ i will be going back for more to add to my collection.

Their rings are the best, they don’t tarnish at all they look beautiful. All of my rings are from honu and i wear them all the time. Delivery is fast, the best jewellery you can get :)

I love buying from Honu not only is the jewellery exquisite it come wrapped beautifully, they're also environmentally conscious and donate to charity that helps marine life. The jewellery that I've purchased still looks brand new.

I purchased a necklace and a bracelet from the website as a gift, drawn in by the advertising images and the brand's environmental mission. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. The shipping times were quite lengthy (I live in Italy and thank goodness I had ordered well in advance), and the quality of the jewelry appears rather poor, certainly not up to the standards of the promotional images. The packaging is an unremarkable cardboard box.
But the ugliest surprise came even before opening the package: an extra 20 euro for import customs fees. Upon examining the website's terms and conditions, they do indeed state that "the customer is responsible for any import taxes." As for returns, of course, the shipping costs are on the customer. I have purchased from various British websites in the past, and I must say that this is the first time I've encountered this. What leaves a bitter taste in my mouth is that for a website claiming to sell internationally, imposing this hidden surcharge on the customer feels like a rip-off! I am very disappointed, and I definitely will not be buying from this site again. I hope they care more about the environment than they do about their customers.

Absolutely love Honu and keep checking their website as I want to buy more pieces from them! Their jewellery is gorgeous and delicate and very durable. I received amazing communication and customer service and very fast delivery! Can’t wait to order again and support their monthly charity!

Stop using Royal Mail if u want ur items to get delivered, RM are absolutely the worst delivery company out there, still waiting my item after 20 days.

Beautiful silver turtle earrings. Love the ethics of the company too. Came beautifully packaged in paper, cotton and cardboard. 🥰

OMG I'm not one for leaving reviews but the amazing customer service I have recieved is so worthy of one! There was a slight mix up with my order and I recieved one item wrong, I immediately contacted them seeing if there was any chance I could recieve this by Friday as I was going away. I wasn't hopeful as it was already Wednesday. I am super impressed when the item arrived through my letter box first thing this morning! A massive thank you from a very happy customer!

I love this shop, I've bought 6 rings from them in the past month, I had to return one because it didn't fit me, but I asked for store credit (rather than a refund) because I'm so confident that I'll want to buy more jewellery from them soon! All the rings are solid silver and really good quality, you can tell they're made well.. the attention to detail on some of them is stunning. Love love LOVE honu.

I ordered a gorgeous silver band ring. The size is perfect and the design is truly stunning. As it was an act of kindness day, they sent me a free gift of another lovely ring that is really complimentary to my other. Overall, the quality of these products is incredible and I can’t recommend honu enough!
