I ordered five Boss Polo shirts over six weeks ago still not had them delivered also I have been trying to contact them by email and email is not sending, I think they are fake I don't trust them

Placed order 10th may 25. Money went our our bank 12th may 25 still not received the goods or refund been in contact many times and getting no further forward
So please, please do not waste your money. I give them 1star so I could tell you I didn't want to.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 24th March. When they arrived they weren't packaged in a shoe box, just a plastic bag and so they were crushed, damaged and unwearable. Their returns policy says to email them for a returns form. It took 5 emails before they eventually sent one on 11th April and wanted me to return to an address in China, not the one in their returns policy on their website (Netherlands). I refused and they relented and said to return to the Netherlands address. This morning my shoes arrived back here with a note saying the company had refused to accept the package. The address in the Netherlands is actually for a company called Luvik and not Shop Myla at all. Complete scam, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT PURCHASE !!! My order took over a month to even be shipped. I continuously followed on with them end explained that I would be out of the country by the time it arrived and so then wouldn’t be able to return it due to their delays. Upon my return 5 weeks later I requested to return (terrible quality and sizing!) and they said no as it was outside their return window…. As others state, this company is also China based pretending to be Netherlands. Absolute scam

Avoid Shop Myla

1. Late Delivery.
Boots I ordered took many weeks (months) to arrive which I had to chase.

2. Incorrect Product
When they did arrive they were 2 sizes too small, but the company decided to insist they weren't by sending me a sizing chart. They don't fit on my feet & size 36 instead of 38 that I'd ordered.

3. Poor Quality
Also quality very poor. The boots on the website looked suede, but these are very cheap material.

4. Terrible Customer Service.
They are now insisting I have to pay for return of boots to either China or Holland to get my full refund!

Avoid shopping with them!!!

I ordered a top and trousers in linen. It turned out to be poly cotton. It was meant to be a burnt orange colour and when it appeared it was bright orange. Horrible!

I complained - and after some pestering, I was amazed to get a refund.

I think the local charity shop might benefit!

Bloody terrible, they say based in the netherlands - yet thwy are actually chinease.
the goods are of shocking quality, dont bother seriously.
the only way i will get my money back is to do a dispute on my credit card.

Shocking item arrived nothing like it was shown on pictures. What’s worse is it costs more to return than it does for the item. AVOID. Do not buy from this company. It’s a major scam.

I ordered trainers from this Company, and although they are cheaply made I suppose for £29 it's what i expected. I am a little disappointed but not surprised. I will say however that any emails sent were replied to quickly (Hence the 2 stars). I would definitely not order anything from them over £30, that way you won't be let down.

Yet another seller promoting something they are not.

My purchase from this seller was problematic from point of sale.

This seller misrepresents themselves as a seller originating from the Netherlands which is false.

The item I ordered and paid for had an extended lead time for delivery not declared at point of sale.

I cancelled my order at this stage but the seller refused to accept my cancellation notice.

On delivery the item was found to be cheap and nasty, poorly sized and not worth the money paid.

My request to return was met by all manner of reasons not to refund me.

Reviews since on this seller has revealed the set up is a scam.

Be warned do not purchase from this seller.

AVOID SCAM SITE. Ordered a dress that took forever to come. Its poor quality and does not fit well. I need to return it but funnily enough the return costs to the Chinese factory is the same as the dress, which was not cheap! Site says they are based in the Netherlands...they are not. Lesson learnt! Read reviews before ordering!!

This company is a scam, Please avoid at all costs. Item sent completely different to online photos. Cheaply made disgusting item sent. Not fit for the dustbin!! Thought I was buying from Europe as Netherlands address and contact number are onsite. They are frauds in China

After 2 weeks, not the 5 working days stated, the trainers arrived wrapped only in a plastic bag. Very poor quality canvas and plastic, not leather as stated on the website, shoddy workmanship, raw, rough edges, badly cut, loose stitching, hard.plastic soles and a strong chemical smell. To return them I have to send.back to China and pay for the postage. This company is not based in UK or The Netherlands as.it says on their website. The postage will cost only a couple.of £s cheaper than the cost of the item and even then there is no guarantee that'll I'll get anymoney back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Please do not order anything from them they are scamming. I ordered a wrist watch for 27 pound which was of poor quality. Also delivered after 2 weeks. When I contacted for the return I was told that I need to ship it back to china as it was fulfilled from there and the shipping cost is greater than the value of item. But this was not mentioned anywhere in the refund policy. I wish I had read trust pilot feedback before ordering and fall prey to scam. Can Anyone trace them the company reg number so we can log official complaint as they are operating in UK and have a misleading shipping policy.

Avoid!!!
I bought a coat from shopmyla and when it finally arrived, it was made from cheap material (see through felt) and not like the photos on the website.
Can’t return or refund without paying more than the cost of the coat. Horrendous.

Boots I ordered came badly packaged and after quite a long wait. This would have been acceptable if they hadn’t sent me the wrong size (three sizes smaller than I’d ordered). Does not seem hopeful I’ll get a refund without paying exorbitant postage.

Avoid!! Seems like a scam

Advertised as burgundy leather.
What arrived was plastic tomato red. Despite them sending something that clearly was not as described they want me to pay for the return breaking UK consumer law. Do not buy from them. They are operating out of the law.

The quality of the PU leather skirt was pretty good; however, it was made for someone a lot shorter so I needed to return it. Please pay close attention to the sizing information quoted as the returns process is long and expensive.

It took 10 days and several emails to clarify how to return the item (including one email in German, which I fortunately speak). I was instructed to return the skirt to China using a traceable service at my own cost. The skirt cost £64.95 and the return postage was £24.90. I posted it on 27/01/25 and received my refund on 14/02/25.
