Shipping is a bit slow (as expected when coming from overseas) but exercise some patience and it’s worth the wait. I’ve ordered 3x from them and they respond quickly (in WhatsApp) and I’ve always gotten product as described.

Ordered some insoles and it was great. Was sent photos of the package and the delivery from overseas was pretty quick. Excellent product and good comms. Highly recommended!

Sono passati un paio di giorni dal momento dell'ordine prima di vedere qualcosa muoversi sul sito, ho scritto per sicurezza su WhatsApp e mi hanno risposto dicendomi che l'ordine stava procedendo. Mi sono state mandate alcune foto del pacco, delle scarpe e del codice di spedizione. Ho fatto con posta ordinaria e ci sono voluti circa 20 giorni affinché arrivasse in Italia.

Bought several items from here from the UK and they have often shipped and arrived quicker than the estimated delivery date. Products seem genuine and authentic and was getting direct whatsapp correspondance with a fast response rate for customer service enquiries.

Paid for express shipping, my order has arrived the destination country and has been sitting in the port for more than a week now. Just no movement at all. Customer service has stopped replying. They initially lied and said the item is still in transit because it's the only update in english but failed to see that china post updates can easily be translated to english and shows that my item has arrived days before my inquiry. Over 2 weeks now since I paid for my order and express shipping, over a week of the order just sitting there with no movement and update. No reply from customer service. I know I'll have a hell of a time having to request for a refund. Save your time and don't bother with this site. There's a reason their site looks very scammy, it's because it is.

Bought shoes from the website. Everything seems sketchy. Don't even try to contact them, it will all just seem very sketchy. The whatsapp number doesn't receive messages, their socials give out a different gmail email than what's on the website. The email from the website doesn't even respond at all. I paid extra for express shipping and I'm still waiting for my order. Still no update. I processed a refund but still no update. Again, DO NOT BUY from this website.

Przy reklamacji kazał zaniżyć cenę przesyłki nie odebrał paczki z urzędu celnego.
Nie oddał pieniędzy.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Bought a hoodie from this website, though it arrived in 99.99% sure it is counterfeit. It looks so different from what they listed in the website

Took free shipping and the shoes arrived in about 3 weeks, which I think is fast when they estimate about 1 month. They have a great collection and competitive prices. The shoe was really comfortable and high quality, so it had to be legit. I looked them up and there was no sing of corners that could've been cut. So for those wondering if it's legit, from my experience, yes.

Bestellung nach 3 Wochen nicht bearbeitet. Bei Nachfrage wurde einfach angegeben, das die Bestellung verloren ist, obwohl der Status zeigt, dass diese in Bearbeitung ist. Kontakt in Englisch ist sehr unhöfflich, versucht nur die Bestellung zu stornieren. Scheinbar ist keine Ware zur Verfügung.

Nach Bestellung habe ich 8€ wegen Währungsumrechnung und 1 Monat Zeit verloren, keine Ware, nur Ärger!!! Die Echtheit von Waren steht auch in Frage, da der Link zur Überprüfung auf der Webseite einfach nur zur Homepage von Li-ning führt.

Very bad experience. It’s now been six weeks waiting for the shoes we paid extra for a quick shipment. When contacting the company they keep saying that they’re checking the delivery (?) There’s really nothing to check, they should have sent us a new pair long ago. Now waiting again for them to get back to me on a message. Please don’t order there.

Just like the rest of the reviewers here I was scared that I was being scammed. I ordered the Fred VanVleet x Li Ning Speed 9 Ultra Lows and let me tell you, these are the best basketball shoes I bought in the last 10 years. Amazing traction and solid cushion for a very low top shoe. I received them 4 weeks after ordering just as stated on shopnings and also received a pair of CBA-licensed socks. If the delivery time wouldn't be so long I would probably order more frequently.

First time customer in the US, we ordered a pair of Li Ning Dwayne Wade Ice Blood V2 shoes for my son. Received a tracking # and shipping info a couple days after placing the order. Took another 2 weeks or so for the order to arrive. The shoes are 100% authentic and excellent - son loves them! Overall, it takes some time to arrive from overseas, but well worth it for shoes that we cannot find stateside. Thank you, we will be repeat customers in the future!

Update on 2/22/23: We ordered our 2nd pair of Wade shoes from this company shortly after receiving our first order. This order arrived even faster this time! Thank you!

I thought this site was dodgy as hell! Was so scared I was getting robbed for my money, but I took the risk and ordered some li-ning trainers. They soon arrived to the UK 2 weeks after my order and are amazing! Also way cheaper than these high fashion European retailers selling li-ning shoes.

I bought the Li Ning Way of Wade's basketball shoes ... The fit is spot on and the traction on the court is superb. I had a slight issue with something and customer support was incredible. They handled my problem very quickly. Overall, really great experience and really well made, performance-oriented basketball shoe.
