We were also duped and scammed by this so called company. Thankfully, similar to other people, we paid bt credit card and our money has been refunded.

These people are cheaters! I ordered a fridge but the delivery never came for one month! They said I would get a refund but I still haven't gotten it. None of the support numbers work.

Same as all rest . Ordered 21.12 received email 02.01.24 nothing arrived started messaging emailing on 05.01.24 no replies . Tried calling either line dead or doesn't take calls. Contacted bank and even tho paid for by bebit have been refunded pending them investigating . So good result. But avoid at all cost .

It's a scam. I am having the same problem as everyone else.

The price of the Ninja air fryer was to good to be true and I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Will be contacting my bank in order to get a refund. Avoid this company at all cost.

Air fryer hasn't arrived, no response by email or phone.

Report the transaction to your bank, you are still covered under chargeback even if paid for by debit rather than credit card. They should refund you and then investigate.

I bought a washing machine on ,6th Dec for 300 changed my mind and cancelled money didn't come back but it did after I emailed them again .so I ordered another one supposed to be here 30th never came they said 2nd Jan and twenty percent discount it never came and now no response from chat or email or phone....we'll p***** off...

Tracking never updates. Tried emailing and phoning but no response. Yet this company is still advertising !
Now trying to get refund through credit card company.
This site should be reported and shut down immediately!

Avoid this company at all costs. Scam! Lost over £100 after item failed to turn up. Emails and calls unanswered. Reported to police.

Paid for my goods around December and still not received it ,Mark Carter said same to me 20% off plus mu delivery charge back have not heard anything, I'd wish I looked more into the company before I've done this please share that this site a scam also globle tracking is a scam what they using , all the addresses I looked on don't add up , I have 3 of the real names I've found all brothers please report this of you been a victim too get the address on the sites they use for both the numbers screen shoot it all and get the police involve so they can't keep doing this to people and getting away with it.

I agree with almost every review before me! Despite emails & direct messages I have had zero response from this 'so called' company! Perhaps now I will learn to research a company before I place an order!

Delayed and delayed delivery, emails just stopped. Believed to be a scam. Luckily bank refunded me pending investigation. It's true what they say.. if an offer is too good to be true it usually is!

This is an update of my previous post.
i sent emails, no reply, telephone numbers invalid.
sent emails to courier with tracking reference, no reply. This company is a SCAM, i will be forwarding the Scam to Trading standards and i would recommend other people that have been conned to do so as well.

SCAM .. SCAM company and SCAM courier. After ordering and repeatedly messaging for an update on delivery ...20 days later still no delivery or reply from company. They have robbed my money, luckily paid on credit card so should get sorted. Always best to buy off a company you know and pay a bit more. When they thought I wanted to purchase they answered straight away, once my money had gone over they never answered either phone or email again. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Bunch of scammers even the address is not real I been there but the address is not correct
