There are multiple problems with the site. I've complained about emails not working when the sale is made or when the status changes, but those complaints have not resulted in working code. I sometimes don't know a sale has been made until I receive an email from an angry buyer or from STRIPE letting me know that I have funds. I also have customers that can't see the shopping cart on the website due to their local network security restrictions.

Took me a while to find something that did what shoprocket did; which is surprising as it would seem to be an obvious and popular tool.

v2 has had a few small bugs while it's brought up to speed but Ryan's support is always very prompt. I don't think he takes breaks.

Very promising, and the price in very interesting.
But... too much bugs. Sometime it simply doesn't memorize the changes done (like tabs, options). I have to do it twice and more, and sometimes it loose the changes done after a while (tabs disappear, for exemple)...
The filters are not lisible in mobile mode (same line, too small).
I would like the same but without so much bugs, in french (all texts should be translated by the customer). I would also have more design options. After that I will be a new customer of Shoprocket.
Now, after some email exchanges, all is updated and it works fine ! Very good and responsive support ! You have a new customer now.

Excellent customer service. Easy, straightforward interface, and an abundance of features at a very reasonable price.

Although still in beta, Shoprocket is pretty impressive. The finished product is looking set to be an extremely useful and powerful tool for anyone selling anything online. And the customer service is nothing less than outstanding - replies and solutions are almost instant (even at the weekend!).

We have been using Shoprocket for at least 3 years now. This past May (2021) they released their latest version and it looks like a major rewrite. The product was good before, but now it's really great. (I'm a software developer, and they did not take the easy route.) Everything was redone.

I had a number of instances with the new system where I thought a feature was missing, or not possible, but using their online support, I was quickly directed to the feature. There are too many positives and great features to list them all.

I feel fortunate that we found this system. Being a small store, affordability was key, but with Shoprocket, the features are also excellent! (You can see our storefront here: onenesswebsite dot com / store-home dot html)

Shoprocket was the best option for adding a shop to my existing website to enable me to sell and accept card payments and deposits for my bespoke products. It was fast to set up with clear menu options for adding product information and managing them. You can then view and amend how your shop appears which is helpful if you have a brand identity and colour theme. I was then able to embed the shop with a snippet code which worked immediately on my site designed and hosted on Moonfruit. Ryan offers amazing support and responds quickly to any questions or issues - this is quite phenomenal considering they are US based and I am in the UK!

Would highly recommend Ryan in Shoprocket. He is a credit to the team. Very helpful and efficient.

The product is great for integrating into your website. Functionality is good and they are constantly adding more features. The tiered pricing is very good and much less than other platforms.
However I had had some trouble trying to cancel.
UPDATE: They got back to me right away and all is well. It is refreshing to know that someone is there to help.
If you want a good eCommerce integration, Shop Rocket is continuously improving. When ready, I will be using them again.
