Very disappointed my order never showed up and the customer service did not respond to my mail

PRODUCT DID NOT SHOW UP.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS INCONCLUSIVE.
DISPUTE YOUR CHARGE AGAINS RUHE THROUGH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT UNION ASAP. YOU WILL GET REFUNDED AND THEY WILL CONTINUALLY GET REPORTED TO CREDIT CARD AGENCIES, HOPEFULLY TO BE SHUT DOWN IN THE FUTURE.

I wish there was a no star rating. These people are complete scammers I ordered in July and never got a shipping number I asked for a refund three times and complained and just got emails saying they were escalating the situation to managers. Complete scam people

I ordered bikinis 4 months ago, received no tracking info. Emailed them 30+ times and the only response I get it “we will look into this”. Wish I read these reviews earlier. They do not follow their own policies and have 0% customer service.

I agree with the previous reviews!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - 6 months of waiting and nothing!! The customer service - I should say there is NO Customer service whatsoever! So disappointed - they should be shut down!!

I never take the time to review anything but I want to let you know they are scamming people!!!I ordered bathing suits 4 months ago and haven’t received anything! This company is a scam, I’ve reached out by email a couple times and they’ve said they’ll look into it and when I ask for a refund they will not give me one!

I made a order in June 2018. It is now december I have yet to receive my order. I asked for a refund and I receive the same reply over and over. This company is a scam please save your time and money.

The worst! Do not order. I ordered back in Aug. mailed them twice. They respond they will find out what happen to my order and get back to me. I e- mailed them twice. Same answer again. This company take your money! They are scam!

I ordered from them 6 months ago and have received nothing, no tracking number, no package, and no help from their customer service. Every time I ask for my order to be refunded they just send me an email saying “we will look into this”. They have still not

This is the WORST website I have ever bought from!
I ordered in September and still have not received a thing and I have written daily to get my money refunded! I am going to contact the Ombudsman today again and leave it in their hands!

I ordered back in August and still have not received my order. I’ve contacted them numerous times. The ones that’s did arrive didn’t fit. At this point I just want a refund because it’s not even swim season anymore.

I ordered 6 months ago and still never received anything. They keep saying they’re looking for my tracking number but I know it’s BS. It’s a scam to be honest. I don’t think they ever intend to send me anything. The absolute worst online experience. Don’t buy anything from the this website! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I didn’t even want to give it one star. Soo horrible and not professional. DO NOT ORDER. I order swimsuits in July and never got them and never got my money back. I have been waiting for my refund for over 6 months and I’m still waiting...

I put in my order for swimwear months ago and still not received anything.

I am starting to think this company is a scam and take your money but send no product. I am disappointed as I work hard for my money and to give it away is not sitting well with me.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE.
I ordered 4 swim suits September 7th for a trip to Miami I had planned for November 14-21. Today is the 21 and I’m home now and never received my suits. I emailed literally harassing them informing them I needed it before a certain date. So shouldn’t 2 months be enough time? These people are a scam do not buy from there. Still haven’t gotten my money back.

Orded purchased and never got anything from them.
They keep unswearing my emails that they need advice from their manager on this.
Dont order anything from them!!!!

Ruhe is the absolute worst online store I've ever delt with. I ordered 4 bikinis, never received a tracking number after i put my credit card info in. Its been 4 months & I've been trying to contract them through email. They finally responded like 2 months later & said there was an issue with their courier & they would refundme but never did. Its a complete scam!! Do not trust this website
