Checked my bank account for a refund for the returned items in February and at the time of writing this review, I STILL have not received the refund! Seems shady to me. Other suppliers have their own tracking processes and alert the customer when they have received the item... I won't be making another purchase!!!

I returned part of my order (2 items) back in February and I still have not received a refund!!!

The returns process leaves a lot to be desired! You have to sort your own postage out; there is no structure and accountability on their side, it is all down to the customer. The onus is on the buyer; you return the items, and if you lose your receipt, then you don't get a refund!!

WHY have I not been refunded? You most definitely would have received the returned order by now. The process seems to be, they wait for YOU to chase them for the refund, ask you for your tracking receipt and if you say that you can't find your tracking receipt then they will refuse you the refund. ..I may be wrong, (and if I am I will apologise), but why am I having to chase up on my refund after all this time. I emailed them and will for a response, but this feels like an incompetent and shady way of handling returns. Other suppliers, have their own tracking process and will send you a notification of when they have received the goods. I won't be placing a 2nd order!!!

One of the loungewear sets I ordered was made with such see through material, that I won't be able to wear it. Not only is all my underwear visible, but the outline of my body is too. I sent a return request on the day I received the order & have had no reply. I've sent a follow up up email 12 days later & still no reply. I'm very disappointed with the quality & customer service. I do not intend to buy from Snuggz again.

Easy to order, good quality and big enough to draw your legs up into it and snuggle up.
Washes well maintaining its shape and remains soft when line drying.

Snugzz customer service is second to none: they are a fantastic team, keeping me up to date on a warehouse issue that was delaying despatch of my order. They refunded the cost of my express delivery charge immediately, My changing robe arrived within a few days and I am delighted with the product too. Great products and excellent customer service!

Bought an adult Flower Power oodie for granddaughter's 13th birthday as she wanted oversize. She absolutely loves it, it's soft, warm, nice fleecy quality with lovely big flowers, and she gets really snuggled down in it
