I purchased items that were listed on Walmart through a third party company called John’s Mart with Shopunlocked LLC attached as well. I was supposed to get the order on Saturday and here it is now Wednesday and I don’t have the items and after reaching out to everyone, nobody has any clue what’s going on. I contacted the seller via email, no response. I called and the woman confirmed that she is the person listed but claims to have no knowledge of selling anything on Walmart when her information is listed. This is ridiculous that companies are increasingly declining in their ability to provide customer service.
