Ordered two items, cancelled later within hours because I decided I wanted to wait for a different style to come back in stock. Waited the policy 48 hour time period for an email reply, to no avail. Called the number provided, no answer and no call back. Finally was able to get ahold of someone from a social media site and they said my emails went to their spam and there 1 phone was being used for a creative meeting so I was unable to get my items cancelled and that I’m basically out all of that money because if they don’t cancel it in time it can only be used as store credit. I followed every step that their policy states and I was still not helped. Their customer service needs some serious improvement or their cancellation/refund policy needs a revamp. Will not be using them in the future which is a bummer because it has been extremely hard for me to find items I like being pregnant and shopping for my baby shower. Made the excitement of finding something I finally wanted and liked a very negative experience.

The product they sell (mainly dresses) seem to be good/great quality. My issue is their return/refund policy. First off their refund policy is in small text hoping you don't notice, they DO NOT do refunds only in store credit. On top of that they make you purchase the shipping label to send the clothes back AND they make you pay for an additional label for sending your new item to you. The norm for clothing brands is that they usually send you a "free" return label and you have to cough up the cost for the new item. Just to get the dress that might not even fit, cost $17 extra.

FYI for anyone that doesn't know most of these companies add a percentage to the shipping label cost. For example if they're saying it takes $10 for the label, it's most likely $5-7 unit cost for them, so they tack on about a 30% margin.

All in all, i would not shop here again.
