Absolute scam
6/5/22: UPDATE: they said the item would be sent mid march and now it is expected to be shipped late may. They never send updates unless I chase them. Do not get trapped in this companies scam as it is money you will never see again.
Will claim an item is pre ordered for months and not be able to provide you a date, refund or god forbid the item. I wish I read how many other people had the same issue - this company is a way to throw your money down the toilet. Beware as they only post positive reviews on their page.

Took money. No goods. No refund.
I pre-ordered a product 3/12/2021 for delivery mid January. Order #11997. Took full payment immediately. Emailed me 23 December saying "Your order is almost ready for shipment" and "you can be assured we are still on schedule and your order should be ready within the time frame shown to you upon ordering." Did not arrive. I complained 26/1/2022 and received a fluffy reply. I cancelled the order and was told no refunds. Complained further and was told the representative "will submit a request to our Accounting Team" for a refund which would then take 7-10 banking days. Still no refund (or goods) another 3 weeks later. I made a further compliant 15 January to Shroombeach and to the credit card bank regarding Shroombeach failure to deliver or refund.

I paid for an order back in November, order no 11764 . I did get an email to tell me my preorder would be on the way soon back in December and then nothing. This is strange, because it was in stock when I bought it!
They don't respond to emails, poor service. I'm left with no option but to dispute the transaction. So so disappointed

Love these pants!
I ordered the men’s joggers and I love them! They’re very comfy and warm, the material is super stretchy on the inside. They glow wonderfully and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. Shipping was quick and customer service was great.

I am so impressed with the customer service provided by Shroom Beach! I thought it was so nice how they stayed in contact with me about my order and responded promptly to any questions I had. It can be really scary and confusing to make purchases from unfamiliar companies, but Shroom Beach literally made me feel comfortable from the get go! Though my items were delayed, staff was quick with updates, and everything eventually arrived in perfect condition. I'm very impressed with the quality, and the sizes are a comfy fit! Everybody who sees the clothing is stunned (in a good way!)

I ordered several items
I ordered several items, with a couple being on back order. The in stock item (Reflective Cloak) shipped very quickly and once received, the quality was much better than expected. The size ran a little slim, but still fit. Regarding the other items on back order (reflective Hoodie and Pants); I was given regular updates about the status of my order up to the ship date without asking. Very professional transaction.

I absolutely love my reflective Schroom beach cloak and sweat pants, I ordered the pants and the cloak in XXL at first and it was too big and then I ordered extra large and it fits perfect. Quality merchandise beautiful reflective exterior and warm soft lined interior. I’m in love!!! Thank you shroom beach!🙏 Keep in mind these are American sizes and I did not know that at first which is the reason why I ordered a size up. My first order took forever to get here but it was on pre-order otherwise they are very fast that shipping and quick to respond to your emails. 👍👍👍👍👍❤️

High quality, fast shipping, responsive support
The shorts are super high-quality material and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. Further, the shipping was super fast and when I hit up support regarding when they would arrive they responded almost immediately. I accidentally washed/dried them which the care instructions advise against (hand wash, air dry instead) and the shorts still came out perfect.
