Class Travel Reviews

Our experience with Class Travel was very positive. Ollie, our driver, was a very friendly and interesting man. He was very relaxed, kind and considerate. The journey from Heathrow to Shropshire was a breeze and we couldn’t have expected a better service.

Wouldn’t use anyone else! You can trust this company for the service and the courtesy of the drivers.

Second time using this company. Punctual, spotless comfortable car, friendly courteous driver. I'm about to book with then again in fact.

Great service again. The company is first class from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again! The booking process is excellent and the drivers are top notch!

It was a long journey but everything went so smoothly and was so friendly and professional that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Class Travel Shropshire to anyone. Julian

First time used. Recommend this company . Driver excellent in every way . First class service. Would definitely use again.

First time we have travelled with Class Travel and will definitely book with them again. Booking and payment method was easy, correspondence was very good giving us confidence that everything was in hand. Our driver was polite and courteus and the car we travelled in was immaculate. Thanks also to April who was extremely helpful when we had to change our pickup time on the advice of our travel agent.

Excellent service. Second time we have used them. Very professional and prompt in their communication. Lovely good and safe driver. Top of our list to get to the airport next time!

Excellent service. Cristian was superb

I used their service for transfers for Birmingham Airport, outbound and on return home.
Drivers very prompt with good communication and instructions.

What a great service!
We had transfers to and from Birmingham airport. Both drivers were bang on time, friendly, helpful and courteous .
The whole process of booking was easy and communication was excellent.
We will definitely use Class Travel again and would have no hesitation in recommending them .

There’s nothing I can fault about our experience with using this company. The booking process was simple and April was so easy to communicate with and gave us options around the price. There were frequent updates on the day re arrival time etc. Our driver Tihomir was great, he looked really smart and was friendly, helpful and chatty without being intrusive. I will be recommending you to anyone who needs an airport transfer and will definitely use you again. In essence it made our journey stress free. Thank you!

Smart, knowledgeable and friendly driver, excellent comms, text after plane had landed then swift collection from outside arrivals. He even asked if we needed to stop off for bread or milk on the way home. Clean and comfortable vehicle. Cannot recommended highly enough.

Brilliant service.
Professional and prompt.

Brilliant airport taxi service. Straightforward booking service and being kept informed throughout; experienced, courteous, smart and polite drivers; immaculate and very comfortable car. I would highly recommend them, I have already booked them again.

We used them to and from the airport. Very professional and friendly. Easy to contact and no issues.

We have used Shropshire Class Travel twice from Shropshiret to Heathrow return, excellent service all round, friendly but professional, our long haul return flight was cancelled and there were no issues with altering our date and pick up time. We will always use Shropshire Class Travel, cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication brilliant.

Polite, prompt and very professional. Certainly first class service.

I have used this firm twice now. They are efficient, prompt, courteous and charge a very fair price. I recommend them highly.
