Promised no hidden fees, then came the surprises
I set up a company in the UAE including residency using Shuraa Business. They offered a very good price and reassured me many times that there are no hidden fees.
They set me up a Freezone Company in IFZA and since then they have failed to inform me about the deadline to register for corporate tax, so I incurred an AED 10000 fine. They then gave me very high fees for everyday accounting which can be done much cheaper anywhere in the UAE. To move away from them they are asking AED 3500 and they won't pass my trade license to another accountant until this is paid.
The extra and hidden fees were never disclosed in advance. They refuse to release company-owned documents and access. I have serious doubts about whether their services are trustworthy and whether what they are doing is legal.
