From measurement to installation, the process couldn't have been managed more professionally. Ours was quite a large job - shutters in four rooms - and Giles worked tirelessly and cheerfully to finish the whole installation in one day. We're delighted with the quality of the fittings and would recommend Shuttercraft Henley without reservation.

So happy with our shutters! Giles was great he wasn’t pushy at all and we were happy with the price so went ahead and the twelve week wait for installation gave us time to decorate. They arrived practically 12 weeks to the day and were fitted with minimal fuss. Giles took into consideration my specific requests and the end result is just what we hoped for. Excellent work by Giles, again. I’ve now had four shutters and one roller blind fitted by Giles from Shuttercraft. All work done to the highest standard. In my previous house I had six shutters fitted from another branch of the company and again I was very pleased with the result.

Giles arrived on time and was very efficient in taking measurements of my windows for some plantation blinds. He provided samples of various blinds and colours which helped enormously in making the right selection for my house. Temporary blinds were installed for the manufacturing period and when the blinds arrived they were installed cleanly and professionally and all packaging removed from my property. I thoroughly recommend Giles and Shuttercraft Henley.
