These insoles were initially fitted and sold to me with some walking boots. They’re very comfortable, I bought a second pair for some of my other shoes, but I wouldn’t have been able to guess which ones I needed.

Trackwalker boot grips essential for icy Norway.
I contacted Sidas UK to buy replacement studs in a pair of French trackwalker boot grips after a trip to snowy Oslo. They offered to replace the original trackwalkers at a bargain price and dispatched them free so matching what it would have cost me to simply replace some of the worn/missing studs. Great communication and prompt delivery, thank you!

Delivered well on time. Socks seem comfortable on. Waiting to use them for a 50k in June. Although will practice with them prior. They are very light all in all seem well made.

Misleading 15% discount information on Website!
I purchased 4 sets of insoles on the understanding it qualified for 15% off. However, this did not happen when the transaction was completed. Only AFTER completion did I discover an email containing a code for the 15% discount. There was no mention of the need for a discount code when selecting the insoles. I found the website extremely misleading and I am aggrieved that I did not receive the 15% discount on 4pairs of insoles. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am sorry you found the website misleading. I can see where the problem has come from. We did have an offer running, which had ended. The small header hadn't been removed from the page template. The sign-up 15% discount is a different incentive which is currently running.
I can see how this was misleading, and we have recified/ made changes to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I have also refunded 15% back from your order. I will also send through a £10 gift voucher to use on our website.
I hope this goes some way to upgrading your experience with Sidas.

This was my first contact with Sidas UK and rang their office in Kendal to clarify a few things and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. The delivery arrived as advertised and early days yet but the product purchased-gel insoles , appears to be of good quality.
