I bought a hammock and stand from this shop, it turned up on time, we set it up then my child would not get off it. Great product and the whole family love it.

Great hammock, comfortable AND stylish
We absolutely love our hammock! The canvas is of a high quality and the tassles are a great touch to add a bit of an elevated boho vibe. So comfortable and can easily fits two people. I would highly recommend!

Shocking experience.
Shocking experience.
Purchased a pair of swing tree straps. Only one arrived. I contacted Siesta Hammocks but received no response. I noticed they amended their website listing so that it now states only one strap included (I have screenshot of the original listing).
I then purchased a second strap, which never arrived. Have received no reply to any of my multiple emails. Left negative feedback on their website which was deleted still with no communication.

They sent the wrong hammock.
Wont answer phone calls. Took weeks and weeks for them to reply to email with an excuse, said they would send correct one and that was 2 weeks ago. Not answering emails again. Don't buy from this company.

Hope your delivery arrives!
I recently purchased a hammock through Siesta hammocks and it seems that Australia Post lost it in transit. I contacted Siesta Hammocks expecting that they would send a second one but their reaction was that I should seek compensation with AustPost. I explained that my contract was with them and that I had no legal basis for a claim against AustPost.
Eventually AusPost accepted responsibility for a lost parcel and Siesta has told me that they will be sending a replacement today. Sometimes the measure of a company is their response to difficulties.

These are incredibly comfortable. I slept in one every night for a couple of years.
I bought Mexican Hammocks from them. These are incredibly comfortable. I slept in one every night for a couple of years. Hang it in a loose arc from supports 10-12 feet apart, fastened at 7-8 feet off the ground, and lay in it diagonally. This is the second one of these I bought. I got it for some friends as a housewarming present. I still have my first one from over 6 years ago, and it only has one broken string that I tied back together.
