Always totally liked after, excellent service !!!

Living local to a store makes it so easy to order and collect. Quick too. All good!

Following my conversations with the sigma sports team members I decided to purchase a new Specialize 3D saddle its early days but will give a review of the saddle soon
The guys at the shop were great and explained the issues with choosing the correct saddle, they also have a pressure pad machine which you can use to help choose the correct saddle

Very simple to return and exchange some road cycling shoes that didnt fit that Id bought on line. Also picked up a couple of other items in store and had an opportunity to have a quick look at an amazing stock of very nice looking bikes! Very knowledgeable staff too...

Saved me from an expensive mistake! Came in to pick up pre-ordered helmet. Guy who served me (sorry, I didn’t get his name) urged me to try it on, and showed me that it was the wrong shape for my head. He then spent time helping choose a different make with good fit. Great service and friendly to boot!

Genuinely the best service I have ever received, from the moment I placed my order online right up until I came in Kristina has been AMAZING. They were super helpful with absolutely everything I asked , had great knowledge and suggestions and made the entire buying and fitting process super memorable. Will 100% be back soon! The service, knowledge and expertise were great

I was very impressed with the quality of service from initial advice to collection and fitting of my new road bike. I cannot recommend Sigma in Letchworth enough for getting me back on my bike.

Good directions to the store. Parking beside shop - excellent as I was tight for time and parking in Letchworth is like gold dust! The young lady on the upper floor, Kristina, set up all informatiom for me on bib shorts. I have only had shorts before and this was continued by a passing manager who I spoke to earlier on the phone.
Excellent service. I shall be back.

Great experience today in Letchworth tooth Robin and Leon. Getting sized up and set up for a new TT bike and nothing was too much trouble. Exactly how bike sales and customer focus should be.

Sam in the Letchworth store was very helpful with choosing my new saddle and with looking at different options for new bikes. He gave me lots of time and opportunity to ask questions and to try different geometry set ups so I can make an informed decision. I also didn't feel pressured to buy a bike immediately as he understood it's a big decision to make. The no pressure, helpful approach makes me far more likely to buy from Sigma Sports in the future although please open a store near Southampton!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received for my S-Works build. Carolyn was extremely helpful, offering brilliant guidance on the build and keeping me updated every step of the way. Her communication was fantastic, making the entire experience smooth and seamless. Highly recommend!
