I had an issue with my sign layout and Signs.com went above and beyond to make it right immediately. Really impressed with the customer service and the final product was great. Easy 5 stars.

The canvas turned out beautifully. They had tried to print my picture as a regular print, but it came with a lot of roll marks. If they are going to make big prints, they should use a flat box not a roll. Just a thought. It would truly save the picture. Because the picture was beautiful. The third time was a success! Thank you!

The signs were on time and actually a little early on the day we expected them. I was apprehensive about how clear the print would be - even though I submitted vector files, it was a very technical map with some tiny text throughout. We were FLOORED at the quality. A+++++. You really knocked it out of the park - and they were cleanly and very professionally packaged. The price was HALF what we had quoted locally for metal signs, including the shipping!

I ordered from Signs and trusted their promises about the process and turnaround time. I explained the requirements in advance and made it clear that the order was urgent, but I still ran into repeated delays, no direct communication with the design team, and multiple requests to upload files again. After 4 days, I still had no final result, and the missed deadline affected my project. Very frustrating experience overall. Poor communication, wasted time, and a lot of unnecessary stress.

Delivery was speedy and ordering relatively easy. Reached out to customer service, it's been over a week and they have not replied. The banner I received has some cosmetic issues unrelated to my art.

The order process was easy. The price was great. The only ding is it came a day later than advertised. Not huge unless you have a deadline.

My experience with signs.com has been smooth. Design designing and ordering was easy and delivery was swift. I will be using them again.

I submitted my artwork and design and I also requested a proof for 2 distinct sizes. I received the initial proof and the QR code did not work, so I resubmitted a clear copy. Once the next set of proofs were received it was a resounding APPROVAL! Everything was just as I wanted. I will use this company again and refer to other fleet companies.

Timing and shipping was great. I was disappointed that is this sign was not double stitched down the sides, and only on top and bottom.
